The Backyard Bungalow is conveniently located in the heart of Batesville, close to shopping, schools, the White River, the community center, and restaurants. It is less than a minute away from Lyon College and less than three minutes from the hospital.
The space
Guests will have access to two bedrooms, one bath, a full kitchen, and a laundry room!

**Please note that this home requires the ability to climb stairs, and while this home has it’s own private parking, entrance, kitchen, living, bed and bathroom, it is attached to downstairs apartment which has it’s own separate entrance and living quarters. You can have all the privacy you desire, but please note guests below you may hear your walking and movements.

Guests will be able to use all the spaces in their apartment.

Please note, you will need to have the ability to climb stairs to get to the front door.

The Backyard Bungalow is within one mile of historic downtown, the White River, the Community Center, Lyon College, and parks. UACCB and the Batesville Motor Speedway are also nearby.
