« You MUST change the bed....it was HORRIBLE. I will not be back and have told family about the situation. The instructions for entry were TERRIBLE and the people working at the facility say they ALWAYS have to help people and sure wish they were paid for working for you. »

« Overall, we were very pleased with our rental experience. Our only complaint was that the listing says there is a washer and dryer, and we never located one. We inquired about it in the app and never received a response. While it was not a huge deal, just went and bought a new outfit, it would have been nice to know ahead of time that there was not one. We would stay here again when in town. »

« The property was fun and unique. Great location. I have had a fairly recent knee replacement and I confirmed there was an elevator. I was on third floor. The elevator did not work coming down from the third floor. It gets worse, the last day and a half I was there, the elevator did not work to the third floor at all! The steps nearly killed me. I could almost believe their reason for the elevator not working at all had it not been a fact that it only partially worked the day I checked...
