The private deck provides the perfect space to relax & enjoy the beautiful lake view, Includes a foosball table, corn hole & BBQ. Private boat slip to park your boat during your stay. This is one of two units on the property with no shared interior spaces or walls.
You have complete privacy!

The location of this house can’t be beat! We saw ducks, fish, and a bald eagle from the deck. The kitchen is very well stocked, we ended up doing most of our meals at the house. Really close to trails and beaches. We went fishing off the dock and caught some bass. Everything was really clean. The third bedroom can only be accessed through another room, just something to be aware of. We had a great time!

I can’t share enough of our excitement about this property. Even in Bass lake 3 times now and this is by far the best home I rented. Water front with pier and deck. Fully stacked with amenities and everything you can think of, well it’s there. This owner know what hospitality is and how to host like the 5star hotels do. Ideal spot for a group of friends or a family. Beautiful spot where it’s located. Super quiet and breakfast out in the deck overlooking the lake is unbeatable. Book with 1000% confidence cause the team is amazing, super responsive and great organization. Will definitely be back with friends soon. Tha k you all for your amazing hospitality.

Our family makes the trip to Bass Lake every spring and this has been our favorite place to stay so far!The property manager was quick to respond to all of messages and was super helpful during our stay. Not that we had any major issues, but it was nice to have them check in on us during our stay. It showed how commuted they were to making sure our stay was nice. And the owners of the home were so incredibly kind and welcoming. I’m glad we had the opportunity to meet them.This home is a cozy space right on the lake that has everything you need. We enjoyed having dinners out on the deck overlooking the water and watching our kiddos swim. It was so great having access to the water right outside our door. We made some beautiful memories and can’t wait to return!

My husband and I took our parents to Bass Lake and we all enjoyed the beautiful deck, bbq, and watching the boats go by! These memories are precious. The cabin was very clean, a plus for me! The location was perfect and close enough to town to pick up any extras you might need. The kitchen was a great place to cook, and the deck area overlooking the lake with foosball table was an excellent place to sit in the sun, and enjoy the cooler weather. The check-in process was easy and we would definitely return to this area again.

The owners were super nice and helpful. It's wonderful to be right on the lake. The patio/dock is large, with lots of furniture including umbrellas. It's comfortable, relaxing, and enjoyable. We were able to rent a boat and dock it mid-day at the house (we only rented it for the day) and jump off the dock to swim. Just be aware that two of the 3 bedrooms are connected so that you have to walk through a bedroom to get to the bathroom. This wasn't an issue for us but it's good to know. Also, the ceilings are quite low as it seems this was formerly a basement that's been finished as an apartment. Communication with the management company was mostly great. I had a website issue with VRBO and they were really wonderful and helped it get smoothed out. This isn't a big deal, but We let them know that we would be arriving a day late but they didn't let the owners know and the owners were wondering when we'd arrive. The next day the management sent out an email asking how our first night was despite the fact that we hadn't arrived yet. We had another question upon leaving but also didn't hear back from the management company, but it wasn't an emergency or we would have tried harder. I'm sure the company would have been responsive if there were any actual issues.

I brought my boat and we were able to dock at the house and that was great. We were able to swim off the private dock. The ladder to climb out of the water was scetchy but it worked. The patio was great with the barbque, tables and chairs.

We absolutely loved the deck!!! The description was completely false!!! It’s looks like a two story house but it’s not!!! There are only three bedrooms when it’s advertised as four. When I asked the owners they said the fourth bedroom was a blowup in the living room?!!!! You had to walk through bedroom to get to another. Thank goodness it wasn’t a couple weekend bc that would be awkward. I’d rather have just slept in the deck to be honest

Loved the Arden home. The views were amazing . We only like about 30 minutes away however the stay was well worth it. The owners are very friendly and give you lots of privacy. We wish we would of brought some laid floaters to enjoy the water.

It was an amazing property. The house was clean everything was as described. The kids loved staying there they even got to fish which was fun. Will definitely be recommending to our friends and family. And hopefully returning soon as well.
