« The facility was clean and the room was spacious. However, there was not enough light in the room. The shower and the faucet controls were difficult to adjust. The faucet never gave cold water. The shower switched from hot to cold with very little adjustment on the handle. We stayed 4 nights and the staff never checked our room. We asked for ( and received) extra towels once. They never replenished the toilet paper. The breakfast had issues several mornings. Oatmeal was thick, ran out...

« The room was clean but the bathroom wasn’t as clean as I’m used to staying in this chain of hotels. House keeping did really well making sure the room itself was clean, though. The breakfast was OK- Holiday Inn Express definitely has a tastier breakfast. Staff was friendly. Over all good experience. »

« The elevators to the rooms are oddly distant from the lobby. Our room was clean, but was missing some basic supplies such as tissue and coffee for the Keurig machine. Overall, it served its purpose for us (a quite overnight sleep) but was not overly impressive. »

« This was my second time to stay at the Tru in Milord, OH. The room felt clean and I love the scent of their lemon hand soap and body wash. I'm not a huge fan of their offerings for breakfast, but you can find something that you like well enough. I will continue to choose this hotel when I'm in town. »

« Manager was very friendly. We found a yellow wash cloth under the air conditioner, so we weren't sure how clean the room really was. »

« My stay was not up to par. When check ing in we were told our room was not ready. This was at 5:30 p.m. All the staff said was sorry, nothing was done to rectify the problem. As this was my 70th birthday celebration we needed to change in the 1st floor bathroom, since we were trying to get to dinner and a concert at the Hard Rock Casino. »
