« The building and the staff were great! Such a cute property and a really nice room. Only downside was that it was pretty loud due to traffic noise outside (and an early morning party in the parking lot next door). But the staff and amenities were really top notch, and breakfast was very tasty both days! »

« Seul point négatif : situé dans un quartier "désert" , un peu loin en marchant des attractions de la ville. Mais si vous avez une voiture très bien : literie de qualité supérieure, canapé lit correct, cuisine bien équipée et propre. Suite spacieuse, hôtel et chambres très propres, piscine intérieure agréable, parking juste en face a prix correct, petit déjeuner avec du choix et dans une salle grande et agréable. Silencieux, climatisation centrale efficae et silencieuse. Un des meilleurs hotels...

« I was not impressed by the restaurant staff and would not recommend going there. Hit outside spots instead. Hotel was nice and continently located right next to the water taxi that takes you right downtown Norfolk. »

« Odeur épouvantable dans l'hôtel, voyageurs très bruyants, nous avons fait plusieurs sauts pendant la nuit. Il y avait plein de cheveux partout sur le plancher de la chambre, dans les lits et sur les serviettes. Il y avait aussi des taches sur le plancher et des trous dans la porte de la salle de bain. J'ai demandé un bouchon pour le bain et je ne l'ai jamais eu. »

« J'ai passé 3 nuits dans cet hôtel proche de l'aéroport. Hôtel propre, grand chambre avec un coin salon immense. Le lit et les coussins était vraiment très confortable, mas j'ai dû couper la climatisation qui était trop bruyante ! Accueil rapide et efficace pour récupérer la chambre. Déception pour le petit-déjeuner qui était assez rudimentaire, mais il y a des cafés et restaurants à proximité. Voiture nécessaire pour circuler dans les environs. »

« Breakfast was good the first two mornings but the third morning was just so,so. Also the choices on the third morning, a Tuesday, was very limited »

« Location is walking distance to the outlets and there is even a trail you can walk to get you there. The down side to this hotel was they do not have rooms that have not had animals in them. I know it a pet friendly hotel but most hotels still have rooms that have not had animals. I have allergies and I had some difficulty with my allergies in the room. »

« Nothing better than getting a good deal for such quality accommodations. Place was so very clean; staff was nice, big room, free breakfast..definitely recommend! »
