This airy, stylish apartment is located in our favorite Basel neighborhood, both quiet and convenient. The rear garden offers a spot to sip a crémant or a beer while kids can play.I can highly recommend this place. We would repeat our stay here on subsequent visits. Excellent rental and well done!

We only stayed in Basel one night, before we departed on a river cruise. The apartment was excellent. Tomas met us at the apartment and showed us all of the details. He was incredibly helpful. It was a short walk down into the old town and the walk was very nice and scenic.

My friends and I loved this apartment, and having 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms! Very nicely decorated, comfortable beds and a great location with a tram stop close by to get anywhere you’d like to go in Basel. There is a grocery store in close walking distance and we felt safe and secure in the building. It was wonder to return to the peaceful setting of the apartment after the fun intensity of the Fasnacht celebrations. Highly recommended, and the host was very responsive to questions.

A very comfortable spot for our stay: pleasant sitting area, comfortable beds, roomy bathrooms. Easy to get to the #14 tram and onto a highly efficient public transport system. A COOP market and a coffee shop just one block away and a fine restaurant (Murano) a long block in the opposite direction.

The apartment was beautiful and in a convenient area for visiting the Christmas markets. We enjoyed our short stay. Note that there is a tourist charge that the host collects in cash - a per person, per night fee. I didn't realize about it ahead of time and scrambled to get the correct amount together.

O apartamento fica num bairro muito sossegado, o apartamento é muito confortåvel e bonito, os anfitriÔes são muito simpåticos e disponíveis.Levamos duas crianças e tiveram o cuidado de retirar tudo o que fosse perigoso para eles.Uma das pessoas fazia anos e o anfintrao enviou os parabéns.Muito bom, recomendo.

With many of the rental units in Basel with just one, sometimes 2, bedrooms, it was hard to find a unit that offers 3 bedrooms. Thus, we were thrilled when we found this listing, and its “too good to be true” photos and description did not disappoint. The unit is very spacious, clean, the kitchen is well equipped with dishes for cooking, the location is just a 20 min walk to the main train station, and there are both a Coop and Migros stores a 4-min walk around the corner. The beds were comfortable, the towels soft, and the small chocolates placed on our beds for our arrival were a nice touch. There are exterior blinds to block out the light, and the neighbourhood is very quiet, so you’re sure to get a good night’s sleep! The owner, Tomas, was very friendly, responsive, and genuine. I would definitely book with him again whether it is for this unit or if he should happen to have another one. Oh, and if you’re up for figuring out the tram and bus system, you’ll discover that the unit is well situated to get around the city on public transport. I highly recommend renting this unit; you won’t regret staying there with Tomas as your host.
