Propriété très belle et personnel sympa. Par contre environment bruyant qui ruine la nuit des clients. Des tram des 4h45 et toutes les 5 mn. Aucune insonorisation aux fenêtres qui donnent directement sur la rue. L’explication de la rénovation respectant le cahier des charges des monuments historiques ne tient pas la route. (Possibilité d’insonoriser intérieurement, comme dans d’autres villes,)

Fantastic hotel at perfect location
Fantastic hotel, fantastic business suite. Perfect condition, amazing suite. Only problem is trams with a lot of noise - do bring eaer plugs.

Position idéale. Nous reviendrons.
Tout s'est bien déroulé. Nous avons eu un petit malentendu au sujet des lits disponibles mais cela a été réglé à notre plus grande satisfaction. Petit bémol quant au petit-déjeuner : mal organisé, les plats ne sont pas "remplis" au fur et à mesure, trop d'attente; choix "normal" sans plus.

We arrived and the front desk staff was lovely. Are room was ready really early which was super convenient. However, the ac in the room did not work and it was extremely hot. There is also construction going on which was very noisy and it began around 6 am in the morning. There was also someone screaming in the hallway through out the night.

This is a great hotel and we loved the area. The staff were helpful and friendly. The surrounding area is very vibrant and fun. The bar across the street was a little noisy at night but not a big problem for us. We read reviews about noise from construction but we did not hear any such noise. We ate breakfast in the hotel restaurant and it was delicious.

There no air conditioning and we were so very hot in our room, we could not breath. We opened the windows for air and it was very loud with construction during the day and night club during the night until 3:0@am! We would never stay there again for those reasons.
