« Great environment, and Hiram is a very friendly host. Our family of 4 has stayed at the "bridge cottage" (unit "109" out of 8 (?)) for 2 nights, in a very relaxing place (forest/pond/pool). We were looking for a place to rest between big cities' craziness and the cottage was a perfect fit. Wifi was terrible though, barely functional. As long as you don't mind an overall rustic/shabby feel, you'll probably have as good a time here as we did. Worth noting, Hiram answered all our questions really...

« A very nice community with a quiet nature setting and deer and squirrels visiting us daily. Even though the weather did not permit us to use the pool or beach but once, it was nice getting out of the city and enjoyibg the natural beauty. »

« This was the perfect getaway for our family to bring our dogs. There is a fenced in area making it easy to let them out. Great communication and upfront about issues with the lake that week. There are 2 other lakes in the neighborhood so that wasn’t a big issue. »

« Stayed for a long weekend and enjoyed the beautiful lake view; direct access to the lake for boating and swimming; and morning coffee on the dock. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, appliances, pots and pans, etc. The living area was cozy and we enjoyed the hot tub as well as the other amenities (2 kayaks, a row boat, and the fire pit.) House was comfortable for our family of 4 plus our puppy. »

« The house itself is gorgeous, the scenery around even moreso. It is also located as conveniently close as you could possibly be to so many things to do in the area. The homeowners were quick in addressing the one slight issue we had upon check-in. It impressed us to the point that we still bring it up when talking about the trip! Within a half hour of reaching out we had a solution on the way that would take care of things before we were even back for dinner! Truly a fantastic customer...

« We absolutely loved our stay. Watching all the deer from the porch was awesome. My only regret is the fireplace did not work. The host responded right away but unfortunately changing the batteries did not help. We also did not receive the email with the entrance code like we were suppose to. This was my first time and I just assumed we got a key at the visitor place where you have to check in. Will definitely stay here again »

« We stayed 3 nights/4 days at the "Cabin by the Creek with private creek access". We were there to visit family in the area. The house was outstanding. The 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms fit us perfectly. The active creek in the back was soothing to listen to in the evening. Easy in and out access with the car on the side street, and close to the full supermarket. The property was in a quiet area and we felt very secure. When we come back to the Poconos, we will definitely use this property...

« My family and I had a wonderful stay. The house had everything we needed and was well stocked. It was a short walk to the lake area and heated pool, especially since we ended up with a cool, cloudy week, the kids enjoyed the heated pool.
