The amenities were first rate; the room was very nicely apportioned, the bed was comfortable, and the water was hot. It was a very pleasant stay. The staff I dealt with was a bit on the aloof side, and cold. When I tell someone at the desk that I've been on the road for hours and need to use the latrine, the last thing I want to hear while they're piddling with the computer is "there's a bathroom in your room".

At first glance this place looks quite nice the bed was horrible felt like I was gonna roll off it all night (it sloped from the center outward) the a/c was so loud you couldn’t hear the tv with it running the shower would squeal quite loudly in a high pitch the entire time the water was running the toilet would plug up every time it was used I made reservations at one price they tried to charge me almost $100.00 more than the agreed price thankfully I had the receipt from the reservation

The hallways and our room smelled of smoke and a couple of time we even smelt marijuana smoke. My wife and I were very bothered by it. I’ve stayed here before but it seems to have gotten worse. We probably won’t stay here again.

The beds are very uncomfortable and there is no trash can in the bathrooms which is a little weird. Also not having plastic cups like every hotel and having to borrow some that’s first off two are extremely tiny and two are glass mugs just inconvenient to me.

Was charged 272 dollars for the staff overlooking the fact that the smoke detector was covered up with a trash bag. The manager thought I did it which in fact I didn’t do! I’m out 272.50 dollars, this is not acceptable. The staff didn’t do their job properly and now I’m accountable for it.

The person at the front desk at checkin was super rude, not helpful, and unfriendly. They only showed reservation for 1 of the 2 rooms. She told me it was my problem and to call Hotels.com. The bedsheets and bath wash cloths were probably cleaned but stained so they were not white.

My 3 yr old granddaughter found a pack of cigarettes under the bed. Toothpaste was still dripped all down the fronts of the bathroom cabinets ftom previous customers. When mentioned to front desk the response was "oh...." That was it....

The beds in one of our 2 rooms were poor, had dips in them, not flat and very uncomfortable. Not happy with the corporate invasive policy of wanting the DL of every person spending the night there, not just the person reserving it. Other than the beds, the rooms were great with full size fridge with ice maker (as there are no ice machines in the hotel) microwave and dishwasher. Nice closet also.

For the price it was very nice. A little worm in areas. But my biggest issue was being forced to give my email at check in. I was told they required it, which is hogwash! Other than that, it was a good experience.

I stayed here 3 days with some family members and a 4th day on my own. Our room smelled terribly of curry, garlic and BO. We had to buy Febreeze to try to cover the horrible odor. I had to check out after 3rd night and re-check in for the 4th which I knew about. I had accidentally left 2 small make-up type bags in my room that I didn't discover until I was getting ready for bed the 4th night in my new room. I immediately went down to the front desk, told them the room I was in, what I left and where it was. It hadn't been turned in. At checkout the next morning, I asked again. It hadn't been turned in. The cleaning person walked by at that time & they asked her. She said nothing was left in the 1st room. I told the checkout person, "I know it was left in the room and where it was. It had over $200 worth of facial products, perfume and makeup in them." They didn't seem to care or bother to help or assist other than to say if anything was turned in, it would be mailed to me. I never heard anything from them.

Great comfort and convenience for the price. Grab and go breakfast could have a few more options. Would have been nice to have some type of cream for my coffee that wasn’t loaded with sugar. Overall it was very good.
