« We arrived early and contacted our host to ask if we could check in early. She gladly accommodated our request and welcomed us an hour early. When we checked in, we found a eat off the floor clean house with fast working internet, multiple televisions, a fully stocked bathroom, complete with many towels, face cloths, soap, Q Tips, masks, makeup removers. There was everything and anything one could think of! The kitchen had coffee, muffins and orange juice so we did not have to rush out to buy...

« We enjoyed our stay, I wish we had been in the front unit - that unit had a wonderful full water view. This back unit is very tight, my suggestion for the owner is to remove some of the Knick knacks - the space is so tight, it was hard to move around with such big furniture and stuff. Otherwise, it was a lovely stay. »

« We really needed a rest and this place was perfect! The proximity to beaches, walking/hiking, great food was an added bonus. We really appreciated the host’s attention to details, such as fresh floral arrangements in most rooms (not the kind to leave you sneezing at every turn), her notebook of helpful local attractions, best local dining, beaches, etc. Also, the place is a wonderful pesticide-free zone! »

« The furniture was very minimal and not comfortable. The kitchen was pretty well equipped but missing things like potato peelers etc. The house is on a main road so can be very noisy. Our first encounter was that the door codes did not work. We called several numbers to get the property manager who accused us of breaking into the home. Some serious miscommunications between the local and national companies. »

« We absolutely loved it here. Cute cottage with a magical space. Farm fresh duck eggs were wonderful. Sipping morning tea under the linden tree out back was our favorite! »

« Perfect location! Short walk to get breakfast or a coffee in the morning and in the evenings an even shorter walk to the ice cream shop. My kids loved it. They would walk into town to get pizza. I finally felt relaxed on a family vacation since there was plenty to do in and around Jamestown as well as Newport. The pool float that Steve bought for us was fantastic. I would float and read my book. Would highly recommend. »

« Very much enjoyed our stay in this beautiful little cottage. Being our first time in RI, its location gave us easy access to Middletown and Newport, as well as a 30-40 minute drive to the Providence area. We loved the seclusion the cottage offered. Enjoyed the back deck and outdoor shower everyday. Short drives to local beaches and the bird sanctuary. »

« For my first family weekend as a parent with a child at URI, I didn’t realize how quickly things book. I’m glad they did, because I then had to look for a place to stay besides a hotel. This quaint, clean, beautifully decorated house was absolutely perfect for me and my husband. It was 10-15 minutes away from the school, and close to really awesome restaurants. It was so comfy cozy, and again clean which means the world to me. It was a rainy weekend, so we couldn’t enjoy the beach, literally at...

« Quaint little house in a quiet neighborhood just a quick 8-10 minute drive into Newport. Comfortable kitchen with whatever you need, open floor plan to family room couch and chairs. Perfect outdoor patio with lounge chairs and seating for 4. Would definitely book again »

« I stayed here with my family for two nights. The cottage was perfect for our party of four. Very clean. Parking at front door. Plenty of space to move around, as well as privacy if needed thanks to the two floors. Beds were super comfortable. Bathrooms were beautiful and clean. Kitchen had everything you needed. It’s only 15 minutes to downtown Newport and nearby the beaches. The vineyard next door was a great place to grab a delicious bite to eat. Will definitely return! »
