« Great staff! Good food at restaurant »

« La chambre était propre et les photos du site sont conformes à la description. Le personnel au petit soin. L’hôtel est récent et décorer avec goût. Je recommande »

« Not really a 5 star, room and bathroom not very big, we had much better elsewhere, but splendid view and comfortable bed. Service in restaurant was great thanks to its manager! Noisy hotel, room doors not sound insulated while children play and scream in the corridors until 11pm and from 7:30am! Noisy dining room too, as often in India. hotel out of the way, a little far from everything. Apparently this hotel does not provide anything for the Driver unfortunately, except 2 washrooms for lots of...

« Nice hotel except for their confusing lift system. There are 4 different lifts in the hotel for different levels and that’s really confusing. Other than that it’s a nice well kept property with excellent staff. Pleasant stay overall. »

« Situation idyllique!! Hotel "rustique", chambres idem. Cuisine assez banale. Gentillesse du personnel. Qualité/prix moyen »

« All staff is friendly and good. Hospitality worked very well and food tasty and 😋. Thanks shola crown members. »

« Bon accueil dans un cadre reposant.Aucun problème »

« À 2 km du centre de Munnar, tranquille la nuit, avec vue sur les plantations de thé (seulement les chambres du devant de l'hôtel ont la vue sur les champs... »

« The staff was not very helpful and welcoming. Room very bad. Floors were very sticky. The room walls had signs of leakage. Restaurant staff was nice but the service was extremely slow. We had to wait more that 30 mins just to get one roti. Overall, would not recommend this place. »

« Wonderful location, a series of very cute cabins nestled into the hillside. We woke up to beautiful views of the forest which we e joyed from our balcony. Great restaurant onsite. The staff were a mixed bunch, the waiting staff were a delight and some of the front desk staff were very helpful ordering cabs for us at 5am, what I assume is the manager left a lot to be desired in terms of communication and politeness. »

« Special place! Loved it here! Tony and the rest of the guys are great, nice rooms and a truly beautiful setting for the hotel. »
