Couple stay for 3 nights. Everything was great (great location, very accessible, clean and comfortable rooms..) However, it was raining very early in the morning at one day and because of the roof metallic installations, the noise was extreme! We were awake at 4AM because of the noise and couldn’t sleep again until the rain stopped at 10AM. I believe the hotel team should revisit having these installations nearby rooms.. we noticed that we weren’t the only ones having this problem. Rooms near these installations should maybe have Better sound insulation? But except that problem, everything was amazing!

Moyen !
L'hôtel est situé dans une zone très proche du centre-ville donc appréciable. Il est propre avec un personnel sympa. En revanche, nous étions trois dans la chambre et le lit d'appoint a été très inconfortable. Pour le prix payé par personne je trouve ça un peu déplacé. Par ailleurs, l'accès au parking est très difficile.

Area is kinda of sketchy with petty thief’s, porn shops across the street, limited dining close by and a 10 min walk to Las Ramblas. Hotel was nice, clean and modern, staff were excellent hotel breakfast was just ok, might be better off going somewhere else local, but there was a good variety of breakfast options @ the hotel buffet

The Hotel is fantastic - rooms and communal facilities are modern, clean and well equipped. The staff are professional, friendly and helpful. The choice and quality of food for breakfast is possibly the best I've ever experenced at a hotel. The terrace outside the breakfast room is also used as a bar/diner in the evening and is a very pleasant, quiet space in a busy city. The Hotel is well connected to public transport with two metro lines, the Monjuic Funicular and a bus stop directly outside the Hotel allowing easy access to Pz Espanya and Catalunya (for Airport and Tourist buses), and the key sights (e.g. Sagrada Familia, Casa Batllo, Montjuic) in less than 15 minutes. The Port and La Rambla are within walking distance. Until the last evening of our stay, I would have given a 10/10 review. Sadly, during dinner at a nearby restaurant my mobile phone was stolen. The support and advice from the Hotel staff was great. Tourists are warned about the risks of pickpockets in La Rambla. In reality this is a problem everywhere in Barcelona according to Local Police - and particularly Raval and Paral-lel where the hotel is situated. In summary, if you're prepared to accept the risks to visit the unique sites of Barcelona I thoroughly recommend INNSIDE Apolo. Personally, until the police get control of petty crime and risks to tourists i will give Barcelona a miss and visit 'safer' cities in Spain (with equally unique sights to visit) like Valencia.

Zero service. Not even basic service that you can get in a one Star hotel. Starting from carrying ur own bags to coming down in the middle of the night for water, to the attitude and complete rudeness of the staff and if u are frustrated from their lack of professionalism and service they simply tell u go find somewhere else. I have never in my life paid money to be mistreated. I chose the hotel in the beginning because the rating was wonderful though it was a four-star hotel, not five star as I normally would go for, but I thought the location was convenient and as long as the service is wonderful that’s all I care about to be shocked upon arrival that I need to carry my bags on my own zero help or concierge service everything is almost self service . They simply just take money for the room and everything else you have to do yourself Even if you wake up early and you want to have your coffee in the room, they will ask you to come down and carry it yourself. Honestly, it Was a waste of money and complete frustration. On top of that The rudeness and the attitude that question answering you, we don’t work for you. I’m sorry if you don’t want to work for me don’t take my money. Simply any traveler, specially ones who are going on a vacation they will be only looking forward to relaxation and a great service. And don’t you dare forget your key because it will be an interrogation with request of all your documents ignoring that they are in the room that you don’t have a key for

Terrific hotel. Great location. But….DO NOT take a street view room 😀. You’re gonna want to sleep at night. BCN folks know how to paaaarty - even at 4:40am !!! That aside, breakfast 10/10. Close to Rambla. Walking distance for our 65 y. o. legs wasn’t a problem. Enjoy !

We liked the hotel, and would have come back apart from two things. The first is the air-conditioning in the room, this was preset at 19 C and we could not change this. As it was cold outside during our stay in April, our room was cold at night and we found it uncomfortable The second issue is that there is a nightclub on the other side of the block in which the hotel is situated. People were coming out of this club and walking down the side street underneath our bedroom window and shouting and generally being noisy till around 2.30 in the morning , which meant that we could not sleep.

This property is very noisy, we had a connecting room and could hear every single noise our neighbor made. Including her sneezing, coughing, cell phone pinging all night. We were on our honeymoon and did not feel comfortable with how thin the walls were. Not sure why they placed us in a connecting room when we advised we were on our honeymoon and looking for a quiet room. We even paid an additional $30 to check in early.

Great property. Staff was excellent, very helpful and kind. We did not take advantage of all of the amenities. Meeting rooms looked small but nice and well equipped. There is a small 24 hour gym on site. We had breakfast one morning during our stay which was not too bad but a little overpriced (like most hotels). Location was very good, situated on a main avenue right in between Montjuic and El Ravel. Very easy to take the funicular up to Montjuic, and only about a 10-15 minute walk to many sites including Las Ramblas, Palace Guell, Maritim Museum, and the Columbus Monument and waterfront. Extremely accessible for transportation. Right on a subway line and taxis stationed frequently in front of the property. Our room was fantastic. Fifth floor room with a balcony and wonderful view of the city, and two main rooms (one for my wife and I and one for our teenage son). Would definitely stay again!
