Une villa incroyable dans un environnement fabuleux
La villa Reyes est un enchantement ! Maison d’architecte de 1966 dans son jus avec toutes les commodités modernes et une qualité exceptionnelle. Nous avons tout aimé. Idéale pour un séjour en groupe entre amis car tout est bien pensé et tellement vaste ! La piscine de 25 mètres avec son plongeoir a fait le bonheur des plus jeunes comme des adultes. La végétation autours et la vue sur la Mer à 10 mn à pieds sont un régal du lever au coucher !!!

Magnifique maison, et propriétaires adorables
Nous avons passé trois jours et deux nuits à l'occasion du nouvel an, la maison est parfaite pour réunir plusieurs familles d'amis avec des enfants. Tout est superbe : le séjour, le salon, la cuisine très bien équipée, les chambres avec salle de bain, la magnifique vue sur la mer... Les propriétaires sont absolument charmants : très sympathiques et prévenants. Bref, tous les ingrédients sont réunis pour un fabuleux séjour. Nous avons tous été ravis, et reviendrons avec certitude !

UN SEJOUR ENTREPRISE TOUT SIMPLEMENT PARFAIT
La villa est vraiment très grande avec de nombreux espaces pour varier les ambiances, de nombreuses terrasses ou jardins, une vue magnifique sur les arbres puis la mer. Elle est idéalement située dans une résidence privée à 10 minutes à pied de la plage et du village et à 35 minutes du centre de Barcelone. Les chambres sont impeccables, les lits très confortables, les salles de bains rénovées .... Le parc est tout simplement hallucinant avec de nombreuses activités sportives (Terrain de football, terrain de basket, tennis de table, pétanque, baby-foot.... et bien-sûr la piscine privée de 30 mètres) permettant d'animer les équipes très facilement. Hélène, la propriétaire, est également extraordinaire car aux petits soins en permanence pour trouver des solutions de transport, pour nous accompagner à faire les courses alimentaires, pour nous trouver un cuisinier .... et tout cela avec un sourire généreux. Je recommande donc vivement cette villa qui permet à la fois d'être nombreux, de faire la fête, d'être au calme, de faire du sport et tout simplement d'être heureux . Mes collaborateurs sont repartis enchantés de ce séjour de 4 jours dans ce domaine splendide. La complexité va dorénavant être de trouver aussi bien dans une autre destination. A moins que nous revenions .....!

Séjour magnifique !
Nous avons passé un weekend de 3 jours dans cette magnifique maison, afin de fêter notre mariage en famille. Nous étions 25 personnes. Hélène nous a merveilleusement bien accueilli! C'est une personne qui sait recevoir et qui nous a permis de passer un séjour parfait. La maison dispose de tout ce qu'il faut pour passer de superbe journée : piscine, billard, terrain de foot, ping pong... Nous avons de plus pris les repas avec Hélène, qui s'occupait de tout! Nous nous sommes régalés à chaque repas! Pour finir sur la maison, elle est dans un état irréprochable, une literie de qualité, des terrasses à couper le souffle qui permettent de passer de belles soirées en extérieur. Je conseille vivement cette maison. Merci Hélène, nous reviendrons!

Séjour très agréable entre amis
Nous avons passé 4 jours formidables dans cette maison qui a répondu à toutes nos attentes pour un voyage entre amis. La maison se suffit à elle-même avec les magnifiques piscine et terrasses sans parler des activités qu'on peut y pratiquer : foot, frontenis, pétanque... L'environnement est aussi très peace grâce à la végétation : on a l'impression d'être un peu hors du temps. La maison s'accommode très facilement de l'ambiance qu'on veut donner à son séjour. Les propriétaires sont aussi très accueillants et veillent vraiment à ce que le séjour se passe au mieux. Je recommande vivement et j'espère y revenir un jour!!!

Villa incroyable, séjour de rêve!!
Nous avons passé un moment particulièrement heureux dans la villa, tant en raison de l'architecture elle même de la villa, que de ses jardins, piscine etc...que par l'accueil et les conseils d'Hélène et Juan. Tout était parfait, facile, rien à redire si ce n'est : nous espérons y retourner l'an prochain!

La villa est exceptionnelle, il ne manque rien pour votre confort. Nous étions une vingtaine d'adulte et une quinzaine d'enfant. Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux. La piscine est géniale, la maison possède de nombreuses terrasses et de nombreux endroits où vous pouvez vous reposez à l'ombre. Situé à à peine 30 min de barcelone, elle est idéalement située. La vue sur la mer est magnifique. Mais surtout les propriétaires sont des gens exceptionnels, ils sont d'une gentillesse incroyable et toujours prêts à vous rendre service. Nous garderons un magnifique souvenir de cette semaine.

The villa is absolutely gorgeous, located in a beautiful village. Going to Barcelona with public transport is quite a journey but still very doable, and very easy if you have a car. The owner is lovely, extremely helpful, and always available.

Exceptional Villa experience with thoughtful amenities
For our fifth workation, we picked this villa and it's been our best choice so far. Housing 25 adults, it met all our needs: comfortable sleeping arrangements, ample bathrooms, work and seating spaces, and relaxation areas, including a great pool, soccer field, and terraces on a scenic estate. It's a 15-minute walk from the beach and 40 minutes by car from Barcelona. The owners are responsive and proactive. The well-equipped kitchen had everything from a Nespresso machine to gas barbecues. A missing hand blender was quickly provided by the owners. Local amenities are superb with supermarkets, bakeries, fresh fish shops, and restaurants. A note: supermarkets close on Sundays, but we enjoyed fresh morning deliveries from a local baker. Parking is plentiful. Most of us arrived by a private bus, but there's also a nearby train station. As a digital agency, we brought our own WiFi access points, which proved beneficial, but for most, the villa's WiFi should suffice. A heads-up: there were many mosquitoes, so bring repellent. The villa also promotes good waste separation practices. Given the facilities and experience, the price-quality ratio is excellent. A memorable stay!

A perfect stay
Absolutely stunning villa with fantastic outside space including the biggest pool I’ve ever seen in a villa- which we made the most of during our stay We were a group of 21 friends celebrating my 50th birthday and the villa was ideal - so much space, lots of bathrooms and some lovely big tables where we could all sit together for meals. The resort and beach was also lovely and walkable from the villa which was a real bonus. Helene was a great hostess who helped with anything we needed and put on a paella night for us which was absolutely delicious We loved our long weekend and will definitely try and come back -I’d highly recommend it to others

We had a wonderful stay. The grandkids age 2-16 loved the very large pool. We played soccer, walked to the beach, had a Paella meal cooked in. It was all superb for us. Helene went out of her way to be helpful.

We found the property working great, even we where a very large group. The pool area is huge and really great and nice temperature. Also the service communication before and during our stay with Helene was very satisfying :-), and we for sure plan to come back.

Worth just for the view
My friends and I spent a long weekend there, most of us flew from London. The journey there was made easy by the manager, who provided specific instructions. Car is not needed, but there will be a bit of walking or expensive cabs fyi. The house is amazing, very comfortable, spacious, a lot of activities. I would recommend to it to anyone. Thank you to our hosts, great memories :)

Wonderful Villa for large groups!
We were a group of 30 work colleagues and there was more than enough space not to feel cramped. The villa has lots of amenities and is set up perfectly. Héléne was extremely helpful and went out of her way to provide us with everything we asked for! The whole family were beyond lovely! The whole process was seamless. We look forward to returning one day. One piece of advice would be to hire a car, as getting around the compound would be a lot easier.

Beautiful Villa
We were a group of 25 - 12 adults and 13 children (six families in total) and we booked the villa for a week. Helene, our host, couldn't have been more helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and she was a pleasure to speak to. The villa is quite magnificent; superb grounds, huge swimming pool and grass football pitch in the grounds, tennis courts nearby, sea within 10 mins walking distance. Table tennis and table football in the shade. All ameneties covered. Both adults and children had a wonderful time and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending. We hope to be back another year!

perfect stay again!
We travelled to Villa Reyes already the second time for a class reunion and it was amazing again! The house and the pool is huge and the additional soccer court makes it perfect. Juan and Helene are very friendly, helpful and the communication is great. We couldn't imagine a better place, to stay and relax for a week! The beach which is 10 min away is also very good and Barcelona just about 45 minutes. Thank you for the stay and see you again!

Ideal location and set up for business working weekend
The pre arrival contact and information was excellent and upon arrival the house was as good as the description and photographs suggest. Our transfer bus had problems finding it but when we used the instructions sent by the owner we soon sorted that, so lesson learned, even if you share the instructions with a taxi/transfer firm remember to have them with you too! Helene met us on arrival and did the usual show round and rules of the house, all really helpful. We used the main sitting room for meetings where the internet was good and we could bring seating in from the balcony and connect to the TV for presentations. We used the outside basketball court and the football pitch for team building and although we had mixed weather the pools was used by some team members too. Its a great size! There is loads of storage space and fridge and freezer space and a separate kitchen for breakfast. The only suggestion we would make from a team perspective is we had to google how to play billiards and soon lost interest in the game, maybe a pool table would be better for group and family activities :) The segregation of bedrooms for mixed groups and the ability to breakout into different work areas worked really well for us and I really can't fault this, we will almost certainly be back if you will have us. A couple of learnings for us The nearest facilities are quite a walk away so we would have a least 1 car for running around next time. This includes the walk to the communal bins. Getting Carrefour to deliver a significant online shop is a nightmare and we had our order cancelled twice. I would suggest speaking to Helene and asking them to shop on your behalf or use their account, it might work out and the order may go through this way. But none of the above are due to the property or the owner, just for any future potential renters to be aware. All in all a well equipped fantastic Villa and would recommend to any large groups for business of for pleasure Thanks Helene

Fabulous large villa
We were a large group...31 people with age range from 17-60 The villa was in a great location and it was good to be able to walk to the beach and the restaurants and bars so not having to use a car The villa was very spacious...although we didn't use any of the indoor lounges as we were outside all the time The pool was fabulous...a great size and inceredibly clean the whole time. The back bedrooms were very hot although I understand a/c will be in them next year As we were 31 people...the maximum..it did mean that there were 8 youngsters sharing the one room with only 1 bathroom and also meant that the other bedrooms were sharing bathrooms We had a great paella evening and the BBQ evening was just amazing The kitchen was extremely well equipped with everything and even with 31 people we never ran out of plates, glasses etc We also appreciated the prompt return of our deposit Many thanks, a great holiday

Great villa for large group holiday
Excellent holiday mansion for 26 people from 7 families and friends having a celebration of many 50th birthdays! Helene was a great help as the owner in sending us information, assisting arrangements beforehand and when we were here. She could also help with organising large catering for meals and local taxis (neither of which we actually used, but it is very helpful to know.) Helene can provide login to Carrefour supermarket to deliver on arrrival day (and throughout the holiday). Easy to use website just like Tesco/Ocado. Plenty of space, large rooms, high quality and well fitted out. The terraces were great to sit out day and night, with sea views. And the pool and diving platform was the centre of use every day. The summer heatwave made most of Europe swelter during the end of July/ start of August, so the air con in the living/tv/billiard room was much appreciated. The bedrooms facing south to the sea had aircon, but the rooms to the rear, facing the woods did not, and were still very hot at night even with a fan in each room. There are plans to add aircon to these in 2019. We easily walked to the beach, restaurants and cafes in 20-25 minutes. About half an hour to the station for cheap frequent trains into Barcelona. Buy a zone 3 T-10 ticket for 27.40 Euro (from the station here at St Andreu Llaverene or incoming at the airport) and legitimately share the carnet ticket between you at 2.70E a trip. Good value for 1.75 hours journey and changes. There is a free car park at St Andreu station. So - just book it and enjoy!

Fantastic place for us to stay. 6 different families meeting up from around the world!
Helene was a brilliant hostess. She helped organise our shopping, cooking and evening out. Jordi the chef was great and our evening out for dinner with 13 children was perfect. Surroundings and space all good. Definitely recommended.

Eine Perle im Herzen Katalonien
Das Haus ist wunderbar für große Gruppen und bat für eine Gruppe von 30 Leuten genug Platz. Die Küche ist modern ausgestattet und mit genug Küchenutensilien für solch große Gruppe versorgt. Der Pool ist riesig und der Sitzbereich daneben mit einen Kühlschrank ausgestattet. Diese und viele weitere Dinge ermöglichten uns eine traumhafte Woche. Vielen Dank nochmals.

Stunning villa with great facilities and spacious rooms for large groups
We had a large group travel recently and the villa offered the perfect setting for a large group. The pool and football pitch were massive hits with the group and the villa offered a spacious area for everyone to relax when necessary. Can be slightly tricky for cabs to find the place but overall a beautiful villa and the owners were very keen to make sure we had all that we needed to make the most of our stay. Several of our group are already talking about coming back for future family holidays!! Would definitely recommend.

Ein wirklich phantastisches Anwesen
Ein phantastisches gepflegtes Anwesen, dass keine Wünsche offen lässt. Traumhafte Aussicht und nah an allen Badestränden. Auch in der Vorbereitung unserer Gruppenreise wurde uns durch Hélène sehr geholfen. Ob es sich dabei um die Erledigung erster Einkäufe, die Vermittlung eines Kochs oder allgemeine Fragen handelte, Hélenè war stets erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank!

Americans in Spain for Christmas- Home away from home.
We had a large group of 24 people including kids and teenagers traveling to Spain for the World Futsal Tournament. This was the PERFECT house to accommodate our group for the week of Christmas before the tournament began. We were blown away by the spaciousness of the house, the incredible views, the cleanliness, and the location. Each family had their own bedroom/suite and bathroom. The dinning table was large enough for all of us to have meals together, the adults had a space to relax by the fire and the kids had a space with a large flat screen TV, as well as a sports court where they played outside day and night. We learned how to play billiards, walked into town for groceries and down to the beach for shell hunting and a kids vs parents soccer match. A few brave souls jumped in the pool and even swam in the Mediterranean. Our lovely hostess, Helene, helped to arrange a chef to cook dinners for us so we could spend our time sight seeing and enjoying the views. We built fires in the evenings with eucalyptus leaves and branches found on the property, never ran out of hot water and all felt very relaxed in this large yet cozy home. It was hard leaving this beautiful place and as we pulled out of the driveway I found myself hoping to return again one day for a longer stay.

It was perfect! This house with pool, garden, Football soccer field is a dream. We celebrated my birthday and it was a unique experience. Helene was very helpful. We felt like home. Many thanks again.

Fabulous house, excellent service
We stayed at the house as a group of 21 friends (including 4 children) and had an excellent time. Loads of space for us to relax, and we managed a wonderful day by the pool making the most of the best day during late April weather. All the bedrooms were comfortable, the kitchen was very well equipped and there were lots of comfortable areas to lounge about in and catch up with friends. We ate very well, from the local supermarkets and restaurants, as well as a paella evening prepared by our hosts. Helene did a great job of looking after us - helpful but not intrusive at all. Would highly recommend the property and the area.

Great location for large groups and weddings
We had our wedding at the house and had all our family members staying at the house as well. Upon arrival Helen showed us around the house making sure we were comfortable with everything. She helped with organising dinners and went out of her way to get us Paella and pizza as we had translation problems. The house was great for large groups and parties. We spent a considerable amount of time swimming and there were pool toys and a toilet there for convenience. Shops are just down the road and the train station is also very close, although having a car can help with drop offs as it gets hot in summer walking up the hill. We used the BBQ a lot and drinking water also provided for the entire house. The rooms are comfortable and plenty of linen but no beach towels. Any time we had a problem I would text Helen and it was fixed. Our wedding day was made easy with space for catering and music and a downstairs area with additional toilets so guests dont have to go into the house. Helen talked to the companies and made sure they had everything they needed. I would highly recommended this house and would come back! Thanks to Helen and Juan for the best holiday.

Muy buen lugar para celebrar!! - A very nice place to celebrate!!!
Nosotros celebramos en Casa Vila Reyes nuestra boda y fue una experiencia muy buena. Lys, Helene, Juan y Uwe nos ayudaron muchísimo e hicieron de nuestra estancia una maravilla. La casa es muy comoda, el entorno es perfecto y solo nos cabe dar las gracias de nuevo a los dueños por todo! Un fuerte abrazo! We celebrated our wedding in the Casa Vila Reyes and it was a great experience. Lys, Helene, Juan and Uwe helped us a lot and they made our stay wonderful. Espectacular
Una finca extraordinaria fue el marco perfecto para nuestra celebración familiar navideña. Los propietarios fueron muy atentos los días previos a nuestra llegada y en la entrega de llaves se volvió a poner de manifiesto su amabilidad. Un comedor con vistas, una cocina de ensueño, un salón espacioso y una sala de juegos acogedora hicieron las delicias de mayores y niños. Las habitaciones amplias y con vistas al jardín o al mar y los exteriores perfectos para disfrutar en verano o en los soleados días de invierno. Sin duda, una casa 100% recomendable para unas vacaciones de lujo o una celebración familiar por todo lo alto.
