The apartment is situated in L'Hospitalet de Llobregat, a city within the province of Barcelona, Spain. This peaceful residential neighborhood is surrounded by local shops, restaurants, and bars. It is conveniently located near Plaza Europa and the Gran Via 2 shopping center, which offers a diverse selection of stores and dining options.

The area's history dates back to the 12th century when the Bellvitge Church, which gave the neighborhood its name, was built. For centuries, the region remained largely agricultural until the 20th century, when significant urban development began. During the 1960s, the neighborhood saw rapid expansion with the construction of residential buildings and an influx of new residents.

Although primarily a residential area, several tourist attractions are within easy reach, including FC Barcelona’s Camp Nou stadium, which is just a 15-minute drive away. The city center of Barcelona is also easily accessible via public transportation, with the Bellvitge metro station only a short walk from the apartment.

From the Apartment to Plaza Catalunya:
The apartment is well connected to Plaza Catalunya. Take metro L1 (red line) from Bellvitge in the direction of Fondo and get off at Plaça Catalunya station. The journey takes approximately 20 minutes.

From the Apartment to Sagrada Familia:
To visit the Sagrada Familia, take L1 (red line) from Bellvitge towards Fondo and transfer to the L5 (blue line) at Plaça de Sants. Then, take L5 in the direction of Vall d'Hebron and exit at Sagrada Familia station.

From the Apartment to Park GĂŒell:
To reach Park GĂŒell, take L1 (red line) from Bellvitge to Plaça Catalunya. From there, board bus 24 at the Pl Catalunya - Rambla Catalunya stop and get off at Cara del Carmel - Albert Llanas. A short walk will take you to the park entrance.

Driving in Barcelona – Foreign Vehicle Registration
All foreign vehicles must be registered to drive in Barcelona. To do so, you need to apply for registration in the Metropolitan Registry of Foreign Vehicles.

Once the requirements are validated, you will receive a notification confirming your vehicle's registration and authorization to circulate in the city.

The registration process takes up to 15 business days.
A €5 processing fee applies.
Applications may be approved, denied, or marked incomplete based on requirements.

There is ongoing construction in a nearby building, which may cause some noise between 8 AM and 6 PM.

The apartment is on the second floor and has an elevator.

Check-in is at 3 PM, though flexibility may be possible depending on the previous guest's departure.

Late check-in after 9 PM requires an additional fee of €30, payable in cash upon arrival.

Check-out is at 11 AM or earlier, with flexibility depending on the next guest’s arrival.

We maintain a good relationship with our neighbors and wish to keep it that way, so please keep noise levels low, especially after 10 PM.

Parties are not permitted.

Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited. Violating this rule will result in a €150 fine.

The maximum occupancy is 6 guests, and additional visitors are not allowed.

Please dispose of the trash before checking out.

An extra fee may be applied depending on the condition in which the apartment is left.

Guests must present a valid ID or passport upon arrival. In compliance with local regulations, we are required to scan these documents for all guests for registration with local authorities. We appreciate your understanding!

A tourist tax must be paid separately in cash upon check-in. The fee is €2.50 per person per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights. Guests under 16 years old are exempt. We kindly ask you to bring the exact amount.

For same-day reservations, we cannot guarantee check-in within three hours of booking confirmation.

Please avoid leaving the keys in the lock from the inside when you go out, as this can prevent you from being able to open the door upon your return. If this happens, a locksmith would need to be called, and the cost, depending on the time and urgency, can be quite high (often starting from around €250). In such cases, the guest would be responsible for covering this cost.
