This contemporary apartment is located in Eixample, one of the most multicultural and cosmopolitan neighborhoods in Barcelona. Just a minute's walk from the San Antoni metro station, this apartment offers an exceptional location with some of Barcelona's best art galleries, trendy boutiques, and popular nightclubs.

This beautiful apartment has 3 bedrooms (2 doubles and 1 single) and two bathrooms. The main bathroom has a toilet, bathtub, shower, sink and the secondary bathroom has only toilet and sink.

Along with a stunning balcony view and free WiFi, the apartment has a cozy living room with sofas and a TV. In addition to a bathroom, the apartment has a fully equipped kitchen that includes a coffee maker, toaster, oven, microwave, and pots and pans. Whether it is a short or long term stay, this apartment is the perfect place in Barcelona.

Barcelona is home to many of Barcelona's museums, including the Gran Teatre del Liceu and the Christopher Columbus Monument. Perfect location, decent apartment

- Perfect location to walk to all Barcelona tourist sites. Great restaurants and stores nearby, and easy Metro right in front.- Apartment itself (especially the bathrooms) is a bit dated, but clean with all necessary supplies. But the shower inside the master bedroom is functionally unuseable because of how small the bathroom is.- The check in process was wonderful, as Solchi at Stay Unique met us at apartment and provided us walkthru of apartment and restaurant / grocery store references for the city. - Would definitely choose a Stay Unique site again.

Great location— 20 minute walk to many things we wanted to see/ do. Metro stop 1 minute walk for convenient transport to others. Two block walk to airport express bus on departure day was super convenient! Apartment was very clean and comfortable. We appreciated blackout shutters. Overall a great stay and would recommend property. Check in was not smooth. We contacted agent upon arrival and he indicated he would be there in 5 minutes. An hour later, we telephoned a second time and he said he could be there in 20 minutes. He was personable and welcoming, but apartment keys were missing. Another agent brought them within an hour.

Exactly as shown, in the heart of Barcelona

The listing is spot-on, accurately capturing everything about this wonderful apartment. As shown, it is very big for an apartment in the city, with three fully separate bedrooms plus a very big living space. Water pressure is awesome too, by the way. The location is good: very close to Metro stops which are easy for a tourist to navigate, and, even without that, a 10-15 minute walk to many of the main sites. Tons of restaurants nearby and even a full grocery store across the street. Barcelona is very warm in summer, and the AC struggles to keep up during the hottest parts of the day, but there are fans, and nighttime was plenty cool. We really appreciated having the washing machine (dry clothes on a rack) and kitchen (small, but fully functional for a few easy meals). We also had great communication with Sochi, who met us on check-in and answered questions. Do make sure to bring electrical converters if you are coming from another country; the apartment is wired for only the local style of plug. Overall, this was a great pick for us. It's not vacation-resort-luxury, but it's very nice for a city apartment in Barcelona. We were pleased.

Overall great apartment and experience

Windows, windows, windows! Lots of light to street and far off vistas. Shades and sound blocking covers when needed. Clean and bright look. Quick responses to any concerns. One of our favorite VRBO’s. Second stay at property run by this management group—very satisfied. Subway entrance directly downstairs.
