This apartment has 3 bedrooms that can accommodate up to 6 people. It is a space where a lot of natural light enters, thanks to its large windows where you can see the city and enjoy beautiful sunsets.

The first bedroom is equipped with a double bed, bed linen, soft natural lighting and has a balcony to enjoy.

The second and third bedroom are equipped with two single beds, ideal for children or friends.

This apartment has 2 full bathrooms, which have everything you need, from towels to toiletries.

While you may want to spend your time exploring the city's famous restaurants, sometimes there's nothing like a home-cooked meal. And this apartment features a fully furnished kitchen with everything you need to make meal preparation easy. The cabinets provide plenty of space to store your family's favorite foods, and the appliances will make it easy to cook meals for your hungry crew.

The living room has an understated décor, and is located in the center of the apartment, making it easy to move around the space.

When you stay in this unit, you have access to everything. The unit is rented to one family at a time, so you have maximum privacy and space. We will be happy to provide you with all the information you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

The apartment has a NoiseAlarm installed: This device only measures the volume level of noise and sends an alert when exceeding the maximum limit set. By NoiseAlarm only measuring the sound pressure, it does not record any audio, video nor conversations, and offers 100% of privacy to the guests.

Late check-ins: If you arrive outside of normal hours, please note that there is a late check-in fee. If you arrive after 21/9pm the fee is 20€, and after 24/12am the fee is 50€.

If a guest loses a set of keys during their stay, an 80€ fee will apply.

Please keep in mind that if you book last minute (less than 24 hours before your arrival), the official check-in time will be subject to our availability and will be after 4:00 PM.

City Tax: We have to charge you the Barcelona City Tax of 6,05€ per guest above 17 years of age per night, before arrival to the apartment. To understand the calculations, 3 people staying for 3 nights is 54,45€ (6,05 x 3 X 3 = 54,45).

Passport information: It is required by law to register all people staying in any tourist accommodation by their full name, birth date, and passport number. We will therefore request you to provide us with this information before your arrival.

Great Place!

This property was great. The bed was comfortable everything was clean. Our taxi took us to the wrong address, but the gentleman helping us into the apartment helped us find our way to where we needed to be. It was close to the metro And bus stop. I felt completely safe in the area.

We had a wonderful time at Luminous Apartment.The apartment looked exactly as pictured.It was in a perfect location that was easily accessible to attractions and amenities.We would recommend this property to anyone visiting Barcelona.

Great week in Barcelona

We really enjoyed our week at this apartment. Excellent location one block from La Rambla and 2 blocks from Passeig de Gracia. Wonderful neighbor with lots of restaurants and bars. Only 10 minutes to the Gothic Quarter. Management responded quickly to our questions.
