MAKE SURE EVERYTHING WORKS BEFORE THE PROPERTY MANAGER LEAVES. The property management company was nice enough to allow us early check-in and I was very grateful for that. Wanting to take some showers we found that the hot water was not working, not a huge problem but inconvenient none the less. I messaged the agent that evening and they stated they would have someone out the next day. The next day a person came and quickly fixed the issue but by then we noticed that the a/c in the living area was not working and the a/c in the master bedroom was leaking water profusely, we mentioned this to the maintenance person. He checked and confirmed and made a call to the property manager which informed us that a technician would have to come and look at the unit, they offered a fan meanwhile. The technician arrived a day before our departure, hugely disappointing. This unit has 2 bedrooms and a living area, the small bedroom does not have an a/c so it relies on the master bedroom a/c or living room a/c to get cool. Barcelona is very humid so this is not ideal and it made the stay very uncomfortable for us. When the technician finally showed up after the weekend he told us he needed access to the rooftop to fix the units, he quickly returned stating the door was locked and he would not be able to fix the units. I asked management for a partial refund to which they replied none would be given and no other effort was made to rectify the situation. TOURIST BE WARE.
