This cozy apartment is perfect for small families or couples.
This apartment has 1 open bedroom and a sofa bed that can accommodate up to 4 people. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed and bedding. The bedroom is warm and cozy, and a great place to relax after exploring the beautiful city.
This loft has 1 full bathroom with everything you need, from towels to toiletries.
Even if you want to spend your time exploring the city's famous restaurants, sometimes there's nothing like a home-cooked meal. And this apartment has a fully furnished kitchen with everything you need to make meal preparation easier.
The living area is located in the center of the apartment, so it is easy to move around the space, and there you will find a 24' Smart TV. Please note that this unit has AC only in the living room area.

City Tax: We have to charge you the Barcelona City Tax of 6,05⏠per guest above 17 years of age per night, before arrival to the apartment. To understand the calculations, 3 people staying for 3 nights is 54,45⏠(6,05 x 3 X 3 = 54,45)
Passport information: It is required by law to register all people staying in any tourist accommodation by their full name, birth date, and passport number. We will therefore request you to provide us with this information before your arrival.
