Overpriced and low-quality. The rooms are not soundproofed, we could hear every sound made in other nearby rooms. In our room only shrink-wrapped plastic cups were given to us, not glasses. These plastic cups were not replaced every day. After a few days the room cleaning staff, for no known reason, decided to take away one of the two only thin bedsheets available to us so we were left with only one which caused us to be very cold at night and made it hard to sleep. We tried having the breakfast offered by the hotel once but that was a mistake. When we got to the breakfast room a lot of tables were free but all of them were littered with dirty dishes from previous customers so we couldn't sit at a table unless we cleaned it first. Since we were hungry we cleaned a table and sat. We got a plate of food but couldn't find any utensils to eat with. Not a fork, spoon or knife in sight anywhere. Eating scrambled eggs with our hands was not an acceptable option. Many customers had to walk right into the kitchen and ask the staff for basic necessities such as utensils. The manager was present but was completely oblivious to the general insatisfaction of the customers. The only thing the staff was quick to do was to ask us for our room number so they could charge us for this nightmare breakfast. We took an apple and left the room. We ate instead at a nearby restaurant.
My advice: don't book a room there, it's not worth the money or the trouble. Book somewhere else.
