This beautiful apartment features 5 bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room. The master bedroom has a double bed, and is connected with bedroom 2 (no door) that has a bunk bed. Bedroom 3 has a double bed and is connected with bedroom 4 (no door). Bedroom 5 also has a bunk bed and in the living room you can find a double sofa bed.

There are 2 bathrooms in this apartment. The bathrooms have everything you need, showers, hot water, sinks, towels!

No Smoking: Please note that this is a strictly non-smoking apartment. The apartment is equipped with smoke detectors.

No Parties: Strictly no parties are allowed in this apartment as the apartment is located in a residential building. If you come to party, please book somewhere else.

No Noise at Night: Excessive noise is not allowed after 10PM/22hs as the apartment is located in a residential building until 8AM/8AM the next morning.

The apartment has a NoiseAlarm installed: This device only measures the noise volume level and sends an alert when the maximum set limit is exceeded. By measuring only sound pressure, NoiseAlarm does not record any audio, video or conversation, and offers 100% privacy to guests.

This system helps make tourism more sustainable. If you do not respect these rules, we reserve the right to ask you to leave immediately, as the relationship with our neighbours is of utmost importance to us.

Late check-ins: If you arrive outside of normal check-in hours, please note that a late check-in fee will be charged. If you arrive after 21/9pm the fee is €20, and after 24/12am the fee is €50.

If a guest loses a set of keys during their stay, a charge of €80 will apply.

Please note that if you book at the last minute (less than 24 hours before your arrival), the official check-in time will be subject to our availability and will be after 16:00.

Moldy bathroom ceilings, leaking walls in smelly basement apartment

I do not recommend a stay in this apartment. The good location cannot make up for the black mold on the ceiling of the bathroom and the overwhelming smell of mildew. We contacted the rental agency immediately after entering the apartment and being shocked by the smell. They offered air fresheners and a 5% reduction in price but no real solution to the poor condition of the rental. On the second night, a leak sprang from behind the wall and soaked everything on the floor of one of the bedrooms. The rental company did not respond when emailed about this problem and has not yet refunded the 5%. Their solutions were only to mask the problem, not fix it. The cleaners we spoke to upon entering the apartment were very nice and hardworking and offered to leave us a can of Raid for all the drain flies! On the positive side, the apartment can accommodate a large group.
