Beautiful apartment for 7 people close to Sagrada Familia

The unit has 4 rooms to accommodate 7 guests, two rooms have a double bed, one room has two single beds, and the remaining two rooms have a single bed. All bedrooms are equipped with fans.

This apartment has 2 bathrooms to guarantee the comfort of all travelers, where you will have all the necessary accessories to end your day in a relaxing way.

In this apartment you will find a kitchen equipped with appliances and utensils, ideal for preparing delicious dishes that can be enjoyed in the dining room adjacent to the living space (where you will find our air conditioning). In addition, in this same space you will find a 32' Led TV which you will be able to watch perfectly from the sofa or the dining room.

This unit also features a laptop-friendly work area, perfect for those who need to stay connected during their stay.

The view from the apartment overlooks the interior of the building.

Please note that this property does not provide an invoice. At the moment it has no heating and the air conditioning is in the living room.


For families traveling with small children, we offer cribs upon prior request for greater convenience during your stay.

Late check-in: If you arrive after hours, please note that a late check-in fee will be charged. If you arrive after 21/9pm the fee is 20€, and after 24/12am the fee is 50€.

If a guest loses a set of keys during their stay, an 80€ fee will apply.

Please keep in mind that if you book last minute (less than 24 hours before your arrival), the official check-in time will be subject to our availability and will be after 4:00 PM.

City Tax: We have to charge you the Barcelona City Tax of 6,05€ per guest above 17 years of age per night, before arrival to the apartment. To understand the calculations, 3 people staying for 3 nights is 54,45€ (6,05 x 3 X 3 = 54,45).

Great stay

A little difficult entering initially since we did not have internet. Location was great and place was clean, quiet. Market was nearby and we did cook some food as well as dining out. Easy access to transportation systems. Had a wonderful time. We accidentally left our passports in the room and had to go back. Very helpful to get us back in electronically after we left. Very satisfied overall. 😊

The location was excellent. The property was not as attractive as photographed. Maybe it was photographed many years ago. The air conditioner is only in one room and does not work well. That should be noted on the description. There needs to be better privacy to the next door porch as shades are totally see through. Overall it was a very average apartment, but great location. Maybe rate it 2-3 stars.
