I can attach the tax receipt, in fact, please double check the document we left you.She had booked an "economy" - "basic" room which was supposed to be on an internal ground floor, but instead we assigned her a free room with a balcony terrace overlooking the sea, one of the most panoramic and sunniest, so believe me, certainly not humid or with mold..After this, I'm sorry I had such a low score,even though we worked so hard. For us these feeds are very important because only if we work well and have good scores, will we have promotions or not for next year :-(Best regards
