« Condo in itself is nice, it’s the management and housekeeping that is lacking 1) impossible to reach the front desk…tried 5 times and was put on hold for more than 15 mins each time.. 2) internet and phone not working for 4 out of 6 days 3) missing towels, soap, ustensiles, bowls, glasses had to call for everything 4) they don’t do daily cleaning! They came once in a week and did not even cleaned the counter or table..only made the bed. Very superficial cleaning crew. 5) the parking is 35$ per...

« We have stayed at the Olympic Park Pullman around Easter for many years now, this year was the best experience of staying at the Pullman have had. Staff were all extremely helpful and pleasant, our room was very clean and comfortable, food we ordered from room service arrived quickly and was excellent. »

« Loved the feel of the hotel. Felt luxurious and loved the design features in bedrooms. Immaculately clean and common areas of the hotel were well maintained. Loved the pool area and gym etc. Was lovely to open the curtains in the morning and to see the horses all out exercising. Had a lovely breakfast overlooking the track. Easy check in and parking etc Nice comfy beds. Really struggled with the bathroom set up,looks nice design wise but not practical at all. Travelled with my teenage daughter...
