Nos gîtes et cottages à Banlieue ouest de Sydney

"Condo in itself is nice, it’s the management and housekeeping that is lacking 1) impossible to reach the front desk…tried 5 times and was put on hold for more than 15 mins each time.. 2) internet and phone not working for 4 out of 6 days 3) missing towels, soap, ustensiles, bowls, glasses had to call for everything 4) they don’t do daily cleaning! They came once in a week and did not even cleaned the counter or table..only made the bed. Very superficial cleaning crew. 5) the parking is 35$ per night, more expensive than downtown Disney 6) there’s nothing around…it’s a dead business city with not many restaurant options. 7) had to call 3 times for a dish towel…they brought me one on the 3rd that was dirty with a hole in it? they didn’t see that?? Would not go back again. Very disappointed."

"Nous avons passé 6 nuits. Un peu excentré du centre, mais une heure en train ( tous les 15 min) les chambres auraient besoin d un coup de peinture, mais calme, propre, frigo, micro ondes..baignoires. personnel super agréable, arrangeant, gentil. Centre commercial a 5 min a pied avec tout ce qu'il faut, courses, mc do... Ravi du séjour sachant que la journée nous étions en centre ville "
