« They give us a room Delux , wich we payed for it on the last floor, then they call us for upgrade! But the upgrade was in fact a Downgrade, so we refused it and have to fight to keep our Delux room. The AC was very noisy and can't sleep with it. And can't sleep without because it was more than 30 d celcius. We wait 1 hour for a piece of cake from the room service. »

« location is not mentioned correct in GPS, city is not correct as well. be very careful. it took a very experienced taxi driver forever to find this hotel due to a wrong address, and its location and on top of that, it is not owrht living there for free, as way too many flies and insects and bugs for hotel being situated around trash and dumping grounds. if you don't care for any of that, by all means go ahead, but there are so many hotels in main mumbai center lot cheaper and cleaner, make...
