Bon séjour de 2 jours pour le magasinage. L'endroit est correct pour un court séjour ou un séjour de passage. Le petit déjeuner est convenable. Le seul point négatif est que le tapis n'était pas nettoyer correctement. Il y avait quelques petits papiers qui traînaient sur le tapis et à notre arrivée et ils ont toujours été là pendant notre séjour. Pour le reste, la chambre était propre.

Nothing to boast about-needs an upgrade and remodelling. Client service was fantastic. Unfortunately Bangor has gone downhill in the last few years, certainly not what it used to be. Covid certainly had an impact with also the Canadian dollar being so low-no real deal including price of the hotel.

I was not please when I checked into a “pet friendly” hotel to have to pay 25.00 per night per pet and then was asked to sign a co Tracy saying I couldn’t leave the dogs in the room. None of this was disclosed when I booked and I was not able to cancel. Not happy. Hotel dated and basic- bathroom so small.

Dear Christie,We are sorry you were not happy with your experience at our hotel. Our pet policy does state there is a fee per pet per stay. It also states that dogs are not to be left alone in rooms and must be leashed when not in them. We have good reasons for this policy. You made did the reservation and prepaid with Expedia, and Expedia does list the pet fee amount on their site. Had you called our hotel before booking the reservation to ask about our pet and cancellation policies before booking with them, we would have been happy to explain the policies to you. Again, we are sorry you were not happy with our policies but there are good reasons we have them in place.

I was in town for work at a local job site. The quality Inn and suites was centrally Located to the job and local restaurants and the mall. The room was clean and comfortable. The water was warm to cold. It was difficult to take a shower due to the coldness. I turned up the heat and had to put my winter jacket on to sleep, due to the room being cold. It warmed up during the early morning hours.

This is a basic, no-frills inn so things like cleanliness and a decent breakfast count for a lot. This place checked both of those boxes and was less than $100 a night.

The Best of the Best!!
From the minute we walked in the Comfort Inn, we felt warm and welcomed. The evening counter staff was just amazing! Our room was spotless!The bathtub...Oh My Goodness! There was an installed non slip mat. What a wonderful surprise. Normally, a hotel has a very slippery, and dangerous bathtub. The Comfort Inn thinks of all the safety precautions.Oh, and the beds! So comfortable, with sheets so soft and cozy. Amanda, the General Manager, is absolutely the Best! Pleasant, Professional, and made us feel at home. I came for breast surgery. A very scary time. Amanda took time to listen to me, and make me feel more at ease.We live in Calais, Maine. And, if ever I have to travel to Bangor for an overnight stay...you Bet, it will be the Quality Inn, with Amanda!

Check in was super easy! Staff is welcoming and friendly. New employee was training and they acknowledged me and let me know it would be a short wait for check in. I appreciate at least being acknowledged. It’s the difference between great customer service and good customer service. Room was clean and tidy! One of the best in Bangor at a reasonable rate.

This hotel doesn't look like much from the outside, but inside, things are clean and organized. Our room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful! The bed and pillows were very comfortable! The included breakfast was perfect for what we wanted/needed. Overall, this hotel was perfect for our needs, and I enjoyed my one-night stay. I will be returning to Bangor from time to time, so I will definitely stay here again!
