I Notre chambre à coucher pour 2 adultes et un enfant était trips étroite. Les lits étaient vieux et inconfortable. Le buffet petit déjeuner médiocre, cocktails insipides

JADORE CETTE HOTEL.
Nous sommes restés à Bangkok pour 3j/2n. Cela fait plus de 20 ans que je viens en Thaïlande je teste souvent des hôtels et je vais rarement deux fois dans le même hôtel et j’ai tellement adoré celui-là que mon prochain séjour à Bangkok qui est dans pas très longtemps je vais re-séjourné dans cet hôtel.

GROSSE DECEPTION. C'ETAIT MON DERNIER SEJOUR LA!
Nous avons réservé une suite de 70m2, payée très chère, presque 300 francs suisses. Nous étions déjà dans cet hotel en septembre et avions pris également une suite avec un prix beaucoup moins cher et qui comprenait deux chambres. C'est pour cette raison que nous avons décidé de reprendre cette suite. Or, la suite qu'ils nous ont donnée ne faisait pas à mon avis 70m2. Lorsque je leur ai demandé, pourquoi, elle était si petite, ils m'ont dit qu'au mois de septembre, vu que beaucoup de chambres étaients libres, ils m'avaient offert une suite de 120m2 MAIS SANS NE RIEN ME DIRE. Moi, je ne crois pas à cette histoire. Je n'ai jamais vu un hôtel qui offre 50m2 de plus pour le plaisir de mes yeux. Ils ont fait une erreur, voilà tout! Si j'avais su que la suite que j'ai réservée par votre intermédiaire était si petite, je ne l'aurais pas prise. Conclusion JE SUIS TRES DECU ET JE NE RETOURNERAI JAMAIS DANS CET HOTEL.

Tolles Hotel
Wir waren eine Woche über Silvester. Das Hotel liegt im Zentrum in der Nähe von diversen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Man kann entweder zu Fuss oder mit dem TukTuk. Das Personal war nett und hilfsbereit. Frühstück war ausgezeichnet - à la Carte und Buffet. Wir hatten eine grosse Suite mit Küche und Waschmöglichkeiten, was wir sehr schätzten. Pool war im vierten Stock, sehr schöner Ausblick. Hotel war sehr sauber.

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights, we had the corner bedroom suite, it was well appointed with nice furnishings, a comfortable bed and the city view from the room was great. The hotel was located walking distance to a lot of great malls and shopping centres and it was easy to get Tuk Tuks on the street. Breakfast however was painfully slow and underwhelming for the price, we were pleased to be offered a refund after it took an hour for our food to arrive and one dish never came. They have changed the breakfast from a buffet to Á La cart so would suggest getting breakfast elsewhere. Aside from this it was a pleasant stay.
