Staff acts as if it was a luxury hotel but the service is zero. They are arrogant. They let us wait for 4 hours because according to them the check in is at 2PM and not before. Even though they let some other people check in earlier, they did not want us to check in before 2PM. Afterwards I realised that the room was already ready but they kept on being stubborn. For the information: I had warned the hotel of my flight details and the hotel was aware that I would arrive earlier. Moreover, when the check in was done, the staff gave us a wrong room. When I told the reception about it, they told me that the hotel was fully booked and that they had no other solution. I had to make my point clear that I did not book that room and that I wanted to have the room that I paid for. Finally, they gave me my room. Cherry on the cake; don’t think you will have “city view”. You will get “building view” (I.e. a building right in front of you, at less than 5 meters. You won’t see anything than the building).

Décevant par rapport aux précédents séjours.
Les chambres « simples » ne sont pas à la hauteur des studios, ou suites (et aucun avantage proposé, cette fois, malheureusement). Mauvaise insonorisation, on entend son voisin prendre sa douche ou tirer la chasse d’eau. Vue sur l’immeuble adjacent. Un ressort se fait sentir, côté droit du lit, malgré le surmatelas. Odeur d’égouts dans la salle de bain.

La chambre n’étant pas prête à mon arrivée, je m’attendais à me voir attribué une chambre similaire. Au lieu de cela, on m’a donné une suite. Personnel très gentil et efficace. Possibilité de laisser les bagages sur place pour la journée après le checkout et d’accéder à la piscine et aux vestiaires pour prendre une douche avant le départ tardif pour l’aéroport. Parfait.

Cet hôtel est composé de 2 batiments Nous avons du logé ds le plus ancien, pr un client gold chez expédia ce n'est pas satisfaisant. Le bâtiment est vieillissant, l'accès passe par la salle des repas, la piscine avec les activités et le bar se situe dans le bâtiment récent, on doit donc sortir pour accéder à cet espace. Chambre pas assez insonorisée côté rue.

Stayed here a couple times recently. The staff is great. Place is a lot cleaner and maintained that other properties in the same cost and class. In an upscale neighborhood with restaurants and more tourists options the other way. Little walk from the blue line but not back. Would stay again in that part of town

The Bandara Siam suites are very clean and comfortable and have large windows with great views of the city. The staff is very welcoming, kind and patient. The pool and fitness area is very clean and the sauna is relaxing. I’m very pleased with my stay and they handled an issue we had very professionally. Thank you. Plus they provide a complementary tuktuk service which is very convenient.

Great accommodations, and the breakfast was delicious. The staff were always welcoming, but hard to converse with but always very accommodating. The transportation could be more advertised, so it’s easier for the staff to know about.
