C’était l’ancien 4 seasons. Et j’y allais souvent à l’époque. C’est un belle hôtel, la chambre est parfaite et toute équipée. Piscine et spa est parfait. L’équipe est à l’écoute.

My home in Bangkok
As a frequent global traveler both for business and leisure, I am more and more used to the “usual comfort” from top hotels. However, the discovery of Anantara Siam Bangkok (recommended by a friend) was a great surprise. The hotel is very well located, beautify, and provides all sort of comfort. The stuff is highly professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend to everyone and look forward to going back.

Très bon hôtel au centre de Bangkok
Très bon hôtel au centre de Bangkok. Les chambres sont spacieuses et très confortables. Toutefois, le bâtiment, certaines décorations et espaces communs (notamment la piscine) commencent à dater et auraient besoin d'un rafraîchissement. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est très bon et offre un vaste choix. L'emplacement n'est pas trop mal non plus. Pas grand chose dans le voisinage immédiat, mais à 10min de marche de Siam et de Silom et juste à côté d'une station de métro aérien. Très bon service.

Nous avons beaucoup aime notre sejour a cet hôtel bien situe dans le quartier shopping de Bangkok, avec ses chambres spacieuses, son ambiance calme, sa belle piscine et son magnifique jardin interieur zen et verdoyant qui nous fait oublier la frenesie exterieure. Tres bon service, juste nous aurions aime pouvoir avoir 1 late checkout pour profiter de la piscine.

Superbe hôtel et parfaite situation géographique qui permet de rayonner facilement sur toute la ville. Déco du hall fantastique. Le seul petit désagrément, nous quittons notre chambre à 8h30 le matin, de retour vers 15h, la chambre n'était pas toujours faite.

No me ofrecieron un upgrade habiendo habitaciones disponibles, el late check out, he tenido que insistir mucho, realmente de nada sirve ser miembro gold cuando no te ofrecen nada de lo que ofrece hoteles.com y deberían tenerlo en el sistema y no pedirlo. Hotel viejo, muy buen situado en Siam, gran desayuno y gym , piscina perfecta, staff perfecto, pero discrepo de la gente de recepción que podrían ser mas receptivas.

Horrible stay ! When we first checked in the staff were super rude initially we checked in pretty late but they kept us waiting for so long and told us to wait on the side. Then we politely asked for a late check out since our flight was 1 am that day as we’re “ vip gold Expedia members they disregarded that and said no the latest they can do is 1 pm and THEN we asked for a room upgrade or nicer room since we are again vip Expedia members they also rejected and said no you’d think they would wanna be a little more accommodating these guys were rude and didn’t care about their guests. They then put us in the furthest wing of the hotel super old area literally 5 mins walk to and from elevator. Room was super outdated literally bathrooms from the 90s carpet was old and dirty spider webs on the corners. Absolutely shocked that this is a 5 star hotel ! Please don’t spend your money and stay there service 0 and rooms 0 nothing like the pictures.

Fantastinen hotelli huippu paikalla! Henkilökunta erittäin palvelualttiita ja ystävällistä, juuri sopivasti. Hotellin aamupala on käsittämättömän laaja ja siitä löytyy jokaiselle jotain. Huoneet tilavat, siistit ja tykkäsin sisustuksesta erityisesti. Toinen kerta tässä paikassa ja kun palaan Bangkokiin niin tulen tänne 100% varmasti. Huippu!

This was the second time I stayed in this hotel. As soon as you walked in, the ambience made me feel so relaxed and known that I will be taken good care of. Staff are courteous, knowledgeable and friendly at all levels. Breakfast was amazing! Every staff wears a smile and sincerity while talking to the guest! Hotel is at a great location and easily accessible by sky train to many key tourist and shopping districts. I will definitely come back again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bangkok!
