Beautiful appearance of the hotel. Very calm, staff very polite and correct, all very clean. The air conditioning in the room was quite noisy affecting our sleep. Hairdryer did not work but staff at the desk said it’s normal when it is hot!

Tres bon hôtel pour une étape
Hôtel situé à proximité de l'aéroport 15 minutes de navette gratuite ,donc très bien pour une étape. Si vous n'avez pas réservé la navette presentez vous au niveau 2 porte 5 où se trouvent toutes les navettes. La piscine est très agréable . Le personnel est toujours souriant et disponible. Les prix des boissons et des repas est élevé, mais à l'extérieur à droites plusieurs petits restaurants de rue. Sinon à 15 minutes à pied en sortant de l'hôtel vers la gauche, vous trouverez un centre commercial avec supermarché et mais aussi un marché local à côté. C'était notre deuxième séjour dans cet hôtel, nous reviendrons sans problème.

Séjour de 2 nuits en couple avant de quitter la Thaïlande. C'est notre 4* séjour dans cet hôtel .Il est très propre , mérite ses étoiles, excellent petit déjeuner et dîner. Il est proche de l'aéroport et de megabangna. Nous y reviendrons.

À la réception accueil très moyen
Accueil très moyen par rapport aux autres hôtels utilisés en Thaïlande . Le petit déjeuner devait être compris pour 2 adultes et un enfant Rien n’était signalé sur le voucher expédia mais ils ont réclamé de payer petit déjeuner pour l’enfant . Manque de transparence sur le site expédia ou manque d’information de la part de l’hôtel pour expédia Et surtout beaucoup de moustiques sur le balcon et moustiques nombreux dans la chambre quand nous sommes arrivés Nous n’avons pas passé une très mauvaise bonne nuit . Climatisation bruyante hotel à 20 min de l’aéroport nous pensions qu’il était plus près . Dommage c’était notre dernière étape en Thaïlande . La prochaine fois nous irons ailleurs

I book this hootel because my 12 am flight. I originally looked at the option of airport lounge. This hotel is a way better option. I got a big room, comfortable bed, large bath tub and a shower. I was also able to use the hotel pool which is very nice. There is also a night market nearby to grab dinner. The bonus free airport shuttle is super reliable.
