Lots of nice pubs for food and drink. The cottage is extremely well equipped and spotless. It is everything you see in the photos. Just wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you. »

« The house was lovely and really easy to walk not the town centre. Information from the host both before our stay and the welcome info when we arrived was really useful. They have thought of everything even down to leaving condiments etc in the kitchen. The kitchen was very well equipped, you don’t need to take anything with you except your food! Bathrooms were clean and again, supplies were provided. Couldn’t fault it. »

« We rented this house for my daughter's hen weekend the house was stunning in an amazing location with great facilities. We could not find fault with the house it accommodated 20 of us amply. All types of celebrations are catered for here from a formal dinner, to a party to a film night and even quiet relaxation in the pool and hot tub. « Nigel was very accommodating n friendly. The place was clean n comfortable, our two golden retrievers were made very welcome. The pub was close but not noisy. « We spent 2 nights at the monastery barn and we had a great time. Communication with the property manager was fantastic. They were very generous hosts. We particularly enjoyed spending time in the conservatory and in the enclosed garden were we able to let our dog explore without any concerns! »

« The house is in a great location, overlooking the race course and with balconies and a patio. Town centre is a gentle walk along the river, I managed a morning jog around the race track and a stroll down the very popular Greenway. Inside it is really clean, with loads of space for 6 of us to freely move around without bumping into each other. My dad isn’t great on his feet, so a downstairs bedroom with en-suite was a great feature. The house has everything - we’ve been caught out before...
