The elevator had not been working for a few days. I had to walk up to the 3rd floor with all luggage. I was there for 2 nights and found out it would be out of service for at least another week. I have bad knees. The room next to me decided to have a party at 2:00 in the morning. It lasted for a couple of hours and I got absolutely no sleep. I had to be up early for travel so it was very inconvenient. Every other time I have stayed there things have been great. Very clean and enjoyable.

I appreciated the attentive service provided by Mr. Baker during check-in. The accommodations allowed for a restful night of sleep. Unfortunately, I woke up early and was unable to partake in the breakfast service.

Housekeeping must have changed over the last few months. Clock radio was dirty. The wall was dirty. And there was no hand soap. Slowly declining

The property was okay. The hallways had weird smells on each floor. Our room did not have a smell though. The elevators were out of service and the pool was not open ( may be too early in the season). We initially had trouble with our room key and the attendant at the front desk was more than helpful resolving the issue promptly.

The property was busy at all hours being close to the airport. Was very busy at check in with some other rude guests. The front desk staff handled it well. We were on the first floor and next to an outgoing door so a bit noisy but the room was comfortable and clean enough. Just what we needed for a quick stay for an early flight. Would consider staying here again just for the convenience. I’d say it was adequate but nothing spectacular.

The elevator was out. The first floor rooms absorb all of the surrounding sounds. The ice machines only worked on the third and fourth floors.

Mi cuarto asignado no habria tubimos que volver al desk y luego que verificar de nuevo no se pudo hacer nada..me cambiaron de cuarto a un segundo piso la cual el ascensor estaba fuera de servicio y tubimos que subir escaleras con bastantes maletas y fue muy trabajoso hacerlo. Luego cuando abrimos el cuarto nos encontramos que no estaba preparado , estaba todo sucio. Y nuevamente tubimos que bajar escaleras eh ir de nuevo al desk para que nos dieran una tercera vez un nuevo cuarto. Fue bastante incomp el momento!

Disgusting property the owner’s should be ashamed of. Broken elevator. Filthy property and smells like weed everywhere. Housekeeping will beat on your door despite the dnd sign up. Have to completely go around the side of the building through the fire stairways to get to your room. Don’t stay here. The Marriot across the street is better. Absolutely regret booking this property. You get what you pay for. In this case basically a filthy hostel.

Bathroom vanity was small enough that a dop kit would not even fit on it. How would a couple exist in this space? Otherwise room was okay and clean ,but.....compared to a comparably priced room the next night in a different (smaller) city, the comparison was stark.

Easy parking and shuttle to the airport. Very nice staff, clean facility overall. Our room did unfortunately smell very strongly of weed when we arrived though which will probably deter us from staying again.

Elevator was broken and I had a lot to carry 4 flights of steps. My key did not work to the doors by the stairwell making it even harder. Then wouldn’t work for room door until I tried it several times. Ice maker was also broken. Staff was very courteous and place was clean so I don’t want my review to reflect upon them. This place needs some desperately needed maintenance.

The elevator was broken during my stay here; however, staff was very accommodating and pleasant. I really felt bad for the housekeepers in that they had to carry linen and towels up several flights of stairs. I informed the housekeepers that I would clean my room so that they can have one less room to worry about. The breakfast was great and the front staff was helpful and courteous
