Bel hôtel qui a bien répondu à nos attentes. Seul point négatif est que la piscine était hors service.

Good airport layover hotel for the price. Shuttle service was good with a quick pickup. Only 2 restaurants in walking distance that I could find - a Chile’s and the Marriott.

The mattress was incredible uncomfortable. It sank very low on one side. The comforter did smell fresh and clean. There was a used washcloth in the shower.

Primeramente es terrible y el servicio malo cuando llegue el elevador roto tenía que buscar toallas y papel del baño cuando le dijimos que no limpiaran pero lo que se supone que tenían que poner lo pusieron por mi parte no me quedó mas

The property and room was clean. The 5 stars is for the breakfast, although it could have had more options, it actually had scrambled eggs and not just the continental crap with hard boiled eggs and some cheap muffins that most hotels do these days. I like a proper American breakfast.

Room was incredibly dirty and moldy. The first room they put us in smelt like sweage...you couldn't enter. The second room came with dust, mold, a used syringe or tampon under the ac, a dirty sock under the bed and ants on the sheets. It was horrendous for almost 100US a night.

We liked that the hotel is close to BWI, it has a good shuttle service, and it has very personal staff.

The staff at front desk were loudly talking on thrir cell phone and using foul language. Treating each other badly... in front of the guests. Made everyone feel uncomfortable.

I enjoyed my stay.. The first room I got smelled like a bunch of dogs living in the room.. the lady at the desk was very helpful at accommodating me to another room on the second floor.. the breakfast was tasteful also.

Rate was great, our first time staying. Room nice and clean. Bed good slept well. Quiet. Only problem the lady ran out of breakfast items. Egg was dry. We never had breakfast.

The property was older than it looked on the website and the walls seemed paper thin. I did pre-check in and provided information to include vehicle and credit card information that some how disappeared in to their collection. When I asked why I had to do it all over again at the front desk I was not provided with an answer and was told by 2 different individuals that they would get back to my on it and of course no one ever did. Also the parking lot is small and almost impossible to get in and out of spaces with a vehicle bigger than a Fiat.

Well I when to the airport and the driver dropped me off at certain door (delta door) cuz I need to do something there so then I called for them to pick me up and it took them an hour and the thought because I don’t speak English im dumb but I was at the same door the driver dropped me off

The staff were helpful at every turn, and made our stay very pleasant in terms of people! The beds/linens/bathroom facilities were clean. However, the maintenance/cleanliness of the building was not what I'd come to expect from La Quinta hotels. The faucet in our room was badly connected and wobbly, the door handle was upside down, the toilet ran constantly, and the whole hotel had a musty, unpleasant odor.

I had to call twice for the shuttle from the airport because it wasn't on schedule, and not until the second call was I told they pick up at a different location than all the other airport hotels. The same man checked me in. He was rude, barely made eye contact with me, and didn't tell me my room number. The common spaces (elevator and hallways) were dirty, and I needed to keep the HVAC running so that I couldn't hear the conversations in the hallway. I won't be visiting this property again.

I booked non smoking room. Upon arrival, room smelled awful, like someone was smoking there day and night. Elevator was broken, so going up on 4 floor with suitcases was no fun. One of the beds was missing spring box. There was a coffee in the room but no coffee maker. Will stay in different hotel next time

Room was dirty, area around the hotel was covered in dog poop. Arrived at night walked through the grass to get luggage out of car stepped in three separate piles. Awful. Will not stay here again, Marriott is directly across the street.

The elevator had not been working for a few days. I had to walk up to the 3rd floor with all luggage. I was there for 2 nights and found out it would be out of service for at least another week. I have bad knees. The room next to me decided to have a party at 2:00 in the morning. It lasted for a couple of hours and I got absolutely no sleep. I had to be up early for travel so it was very inconvenient. Every other time I have stayed there things have been great. Very clean and enjoyable.
