Decent breakfast and good size pool
Coming on a regular basis for work I’ve compared the different places around. This one is to my standards the best compromise. The breakfast is decent, not served in throwaway plastic plate like some others. You can find healthy items: plenty of fruits, whole grain cereal and bread. The plus from my perspective is the pool size that allowed me to do a few laps which is not the case in the other places around

The breakfast section is very limited and tiring after a day or two. Very poor breakfast. Some of the staff were not courteous

The beds were very comfortable. The room had a small but spacious enough refrigerator. The movie prices seemed really high. The breakfast was good except the wait for the coffee and the person in charge of that didn’t seem really that concerned that the Karaffes were out. The manager explained the importance of the coffee service being ready especially in the mornings. The problem did get resolved.

This is not a luxury hotel, but for business travel, it is a solid choice. Walls are solid. I could not hear the person in the room next to me AT ALL unless I was standing right at my door when that person shut their room door. For a hotel that offers free breakfast, the choices and quality were good, but not exceptional. Didn't appear to be anyone wiping off the tables though after someone finished their breakfast. Would have appreciated a pen and notepad in room. Staff was super friendly and helpful.

Staff rude stayed 2 weeks got packages for work delivered they called the room told them i would grab them before work they called my room 4 times while i was sleeping i work 3rd shift and they just keep getting ruder and ruder

Not a bad hotel, but compared to Hyatts in other cities, is on the low end. Carpet on the room had several stains, power outlets ripped from the walls... On the good side, is on a convenient location and has breakfast included.

The hotel seems to be understaffed. Beds and towels are not made / changed daily. The pool was closed. We were not able to change the AC settings to our comfort. Comfortable and clean beds. No unpleasant smells.

I only had 1 problem that was my interaction with Ms Shirley. I asked for a late check out because both my husband and I are disabled and are slow moving because of difficulties ambulating and she was very curt. I had previously gotten a 1:00 check out time and tried to explain to her why, but she cut me off and said I can’t help you. Wayne, Pauline, and Taylor were AWESOME!!!!!
