I'm writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, several issues significantly impacted my experience. First, the air conditioning in my room was not functioning, leaving the room uncomfortably warm throughout my stay. Additionally, the shower only provided cold water, making it impossible to have a comfortable shower. To add to my frustration, I specifically asked the front desk if an HDMI cord would be available, and I was assured there would be one. However, when I requested it, I was informed that none were available. This lack of follow-through on promises is quite concerning. Overall, these issues combined to create a very unsatisfactory stay. I hope you can address these problems for future guests, as they significantly detract from what could have been an enjoyable visit. Thank you for your attention to these matters.

The units were well-cleaned and furnished. There's clearly been some renovations done recently as there's nice hardwood flooring and tile. Service was nice and checked to see if I needed more towels, but otherwise let me relax during my 5-day stay. This is an old building though, and the noise of the road bleeds through constantly, its like having the window open all night. I'm a heavy sleeper, but Baltimore is a loud city. The elevators frequently had issues while I was there too. The price is right, though, and while its not as nice as the nearby Marriot or Hampton, its close to everything and in a relatively (by Baltimore standards) safe part of the city.

The ac was broken and the fire alarm was beeping indicating it needed a battery. When the front desk was notified I was told to disconnect the fire alarm because there was nothing they could do about it (I wouldn’t imagine that’s cool with the fire marshall) and that there were a bunch of rooms without ac so there was nothing they could do about it. The shower was so gross no one would bother to use it.

Overall the hotel is average. It is older but was clean. Limited amenities. Free breakfast but food was cold. Only street loading/unloading and then need to go up 4 steps. Parking was expensive at lot across the street and 1/2 block away. Elevator got stuck while I was in it. Some staff was nice - some were rude.

I had to leave this hotel due to the fact I had been moved to two different rooms and the AIR conditioning was not working in either. The door on the room was quite ajar and had a large gap between it and the door frame. This made me feel unsafe, especially considering the neighborhood. When I wanted to check out and refund the remainder of my days, they did not oblige. The front desk staff were also rude and did not bolster confidence in my safety at this hotel.

Would not recommend this property to anyone! The ac did not work in the room. Requested 3 times someone come look at it. When someone finally did, they only got the bedroom one working not the living room one. Then that night at 11:00pm we had to move rooms to a smaller room because there was a burning smell coming from the ac unit in the room. The showers did not drain, you would be taking a shower in standing water. The rooms were updated but not the bathrooms. One of my worse experiences ever!

This is not just a budget hotel - it needs immediate upkeep to meet minimum standards. Elevator and lobby smelled horrible, paint was peeling, floors were dirty, and the room itself was absolutely filthy - including dirt, hair and crumbs on floors and surfaces, and dried-on something in the wire trash can. Pillows were stained, tub was grimy, and the window was stuck OPEN and could not be closed (though previous tape was stuck on as if someone tried to hold it shut with tape?) which was extremely noisy all night. The toilet and sheets appeared clean enough, and the tv worked, but that’s the best I can say about it. I would never stay here again - spend $40 more and stay anywhere else.

When booking online or if even over the phone they should make known that their is no parking at that location and you have to park at the Radisson across the street. But other then that it was very good and the young lady who checked me in was fantastic. And helped me with my parking problem lol. I wish i got her name but i didn't, she was so sweet helping a flustered old man 😂

The staff was courteous, however our room wasn't ready until an hour after standard check in. The property was clean, but needs some necessary updates and maintenance. The bathtub had a steady drip and the tile was in desperate need of repairs.

This place is in need of renovations. Seriously! For the location and how close it is to the harbor, it can be better. Toilet not working, heating system sound like it’s on its last leg, ceiling cracking in the shower, elevators need to be revamped….

The condition of the hotel was not disclosed at booking. Even though it's a non smoking hotel, it was obvious our room had smokers previously. The smoke detector kept going off. The staff just told us to remove it completely as there was no maintenance staff available to fix. The room lacked a coffee table and only one 3 seater sofa for our group of 6. The washroom was.mouldy and dirty. The AC unit did not work properly as our room was very hot all day and night. We needed to find a safe spot to park our minivan with overhead cargo bin. None of the lots could accommodate. The staff could not help and did not know where we could park. We ended up finding our own valet parking at the Hilton Garden Inn, a full 20 minute walk away.

The staff was very helpful when the microwave in the roomnstarted on fire. They replaced it the same day and also cleaned out the sink drain so the water would go down.
