Given my age and condition of my knees and outside lift my need to be considered for upstairs access... however staff did offer to carry my luggage upstairs which I appreciated but I still struggled on my own

Liked the EV charger. Room was lovely and staff were nice. Undercover parking great. Smoking area in the undercover parking not so nice.

The unit was clean and comfortable. The unfortunate part was the steep staircase leading to our unit. Very difficult with a suitcase.

A good place to stay, would have given 5* but the toaster hadn’t been cleaned since the last guest, there were a lot of toast crumbs in the cupboard were it lived. Other than that all ok

Very dated bathroom facilities, shower cubicle too small with very narrow access. Bed ok bring your own pillows. Some undercover parking but car spaces very narrow & tight access with large building columns. Room security very average . Discount to meals @ local sports club within walking distance to motel. In summary not good value for the price paid.

Let us know during your stay if you need firmer/softer pillows our reception is more than happy to help out to make your stay more comfortable. There are also 2 spare pillows in the cupboard in each room. Unfortunately the size of the carspaces are a given and cannot be changed, however you have the benefit of undercover parking to keep you car cool in summer and dry on a rainy day. There is a sophisticated CCTV camera system monitoring all entry/exit points through the motel, feel free to contact reception during your stay should you have any security concerns.We are looking forward to seeing you again at some stage in the future.

The Motel was picked as it was close to the Cheery Street sports club where the function was being held . The bonus was the Cafe's great food plus the Great Service and friendliness of the staff 10/10

Our sincere apologies for the noise created by the tradesmen, we have scheduled the installation of our solar system to have the least impact on our customers. Considering that check in time is 2pm and all trades were finished by 4pm we considered a 2 hour window would not me too much of a burden. Unfortunately we were not aware that you had planned to arrive well before check in time and subsequently we had upgraded you to a studio to accommodate you as far away as possible from the installation. Whilst we try to minimise the impact of upgrades to the motel to our customer, it is vital that we stay up to date and future proof our operation. Thank you for your understanding.
