Stay in our modern 2 bedroom unit on Whitehorse Road in Mt Clear, Ballarat.

● Enclosed backyard (great for kids to run around in)
● Garage for small car use
● Front unit in complex with a private driveway

Check in is after 3pm and check-out before 10am. During school holidays or on Fridays early or late check ins and check outs are not possible.

1-2 for 1 queen bed
3-4 for 2 queen beds
5-6 for the sofa bed aswell
If you have 2 guests and want a bed each you will need to book for 3 guests.
If you have 3 guests and want a bed each and the sofa you will need to book for 5 guests.
This is so the cleaners know what beds to make up for guests.


You are located in the Whitehorse Mews complex in the first unit to the left. There is a separate driveway so you do not need to drive into the complex, you can park right in your own driveway or in the lock up garage on Whitehorse Road.

There is an enclosed backyard for the kids to run around safely, a bath in the bathroom and 2 queen beds and a Double sofa in the loungeroom.
PLEASE NOTE: You need to book for 5 plus guests if you want the sofa bed set up.

There is one bathroom and 1 toilet

The bedrooms are the opposite ends of the unit with the bathroom and laundry in between them giving space and privacy to guests.

The loungeroom has a split system with air con and heating and there are portable heaters in the bedrooms for extra heat and electric blankets in the beds for Ballarats cold nights.

The unit is modern and is a dedicated fully furnished and serviced accommodation, so guests have access to the entire property when they stay.
