Our cottage is 3 bedroom, however most of our guests prefer to only use the 2 bedrooms downstairs (particularly if there are just 4 people staying), therefore we offer the third bedroom as an optional extra - meaning guests are instantly saving money! We do however make every effort to make this very clear, both on the description/web page, again when you book, and once more prior to your arrival - Im sorry if you missed the details on this occasion. VRBO/Homeaway are the same company and platform we use to advertise Little Dunire Cottage, so unfortunately we have absolutely no control over their website layout, however I will contact them regarding your concerns. Discover West Coast is our own brand, for guests who wish to book direct, you may have seen our logo in the cottage - apologies if you found this confusing.
