« It was for us the first experience in this kind of hotel, and we weren't disappointed. Our arrival wasn't expected and yet, the staff was very kind with us, at our disposal. And despite the fact that we had difficulties with the means of payment, everything was made possible for us to have the best stay, the best experience, and to make us comfortable. All in all, it was wonderful. Thanks again for this amazing experience, and I would like to thank all the staff we encountered. »

« Clean room. No isolation. Plenty of shops nearby. Impolie unfriendly staff »

« Worst hotel ever. 1. Booked double room, the tried to provide dorm bed or chafdong extra. 2. Very poor room conditions. An old, dusty mattress, dirty sheets (the condition of two small ones) and a shower over the toilet bowl — it is impossible to wash. Lots of dust and smells »

« There are 2 main staff, the night shift staff was so rude snd not cooperating. The safe did not work in 3 rooms so we gad to carry our valuables all the time everywhere. The cleaning is a big issue, they do not change sheets till you ask for it. The floor is dirty and the buffet area smells bad all the time. We spent the first night in a lower class room than what we paid for. No extra pillows and no hot water kettle so we had to buy one on the first night. Although we paid extra when we booked...
