The location was a bit farther from town than I would have preferred, but the newness and tranquility of the neighborhood made up for it. « I originally secured this place for my daughter, her husband, their baby, my son and their dog. However, everyone except me and My Son came down with Covid a few days before the day so it was just the two of us watching Super Bowl but it was fantastic very clean. well stocked I was disappointed that they didn’t tell me it was a duplex. I thought it was the whole house so parking was an issue »

« I stayed here with my mom aunt and husband for one night. This is a very comfortable place to crash the night and better than a hotel. We watched movies at the living room and the house it’s well equipped with a a/c unit since outside was supper hot. The house is gated and The two bathrooms were equipped with towels liquid soap and shampoo. Loved the cold water inside the fridge. Great communication with host. Will definitely stay here again . »

« This was our second time staying at this home, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. Communication with the owner is always fast, clear, and friendly, which makes the whole process smooth and stress-free. « This property met every need our family had during our extended stay. The unit was immaculate, well-stocked, and carefully presented for our convenience; and the grounds were lovely and well-maintained. Other than a family across the driveway moving out one day, we rarely heard neighbors. Our stay was peaceful and quiet, and we felt quite "at home." The added bonus of the clean pool made for some happy family members. Our host, Gustavo, was friendly, helpful and very accessible and responsive....

« The unit was exactly as described! Host was very gracious when we got confused about which was the unit vs. the main house and helped us. Our stay was very comfortable. We were there for a night on a road trip, so we didn't explore the area very much, but the area has a very suburban feel which isn't super exciting. It was exactly what we needed though! »

« Great host that has so many thoughtful extras! Very clean! Easy to access and checkout was a breeze. Lovely safe neighborhood and we took a nice morning walk to a coffee shop. Looking forward to staying there again next time I’m in Bakersfield. »

"Peut de prestations, font desk peut informatif Horaire petit dejeuner ? Wifi? Services? Petit dejeuner "a la carte" ==> cher sans aucun service. Aucun bagagiste, le voiturier vous regarde faire.... "

"Très bon hôtel, calme, belle qualité. La chambre très spacieuse, lit très confortable ! Propre. La piscine est un vrai plus surtout quand on a fait de la route pour se délasser. Accueil correct mais moins bon que certains autres hôtels… cela n’empêche pas que je recommande largement cet hôtel "

"La chambre était sale, la couette était taché et la salle de bain était très vieillissante. Le quartier est peu sécuritaire nous avons entendu des coups de feu. De plus il y avait beaucoup de bruit. Le petit déjeuner était inclus mais il n’y. Rien à manger juste un jus d’orange très chimique et un café filtre et des pain de cake à faire maison mais tout était sale autour des appareils. Bref pour passer une nuit avec des amis ça peut passer car c’était le moins chère. Comparer à d’autre hôtel durant notre road trip d’une semaine c’était le pire rapport qualité prix. "
