Bungalow Beach HotelSerrekunda
7.8 sur 10, Bien, (20 avis)
« The rooms are clean, but the swimming pool may be the dirtyest in the Gambia.
Beds are comfortable
Location is very good, directly at the beautiful Kotu Beach.
We didn't try the hotel restaurant or beach bar this year, due to bleak experiences last year.
Service at the hotel is ok, but many of the employees seem to not like their jobs very much. Nobody are hostile, but they are not very eager either.
We may choose the same hotel again, but probably not.

« There are not enough word to describe my horrendous experience with this establishment. Firstly, upon check my reservation was incorrect and missing. Secondly, some of the staff is great but the manager Omar is a cheat and unethical. I, unfortunately needed to extend my stay due to health issues and had intentions of booking online but was manipulated by him to book with him which he significantly increased the price which was utterly unacceptable and different from online booking. The whole...

Leo's Beach Hotel & Restaurant - Adults Only
Leo's Beach Hotel & Restaurant - Adults OnlyBrufut
10/10 Excellent
