« We did not receive any check in instructions by 2pm on day of stay. Called host to ask for them. On the call the host said the stay was not available and cancelled. If we didn’t call to ask for the check in instructions we wouldn’t even have known. They didn’t have the courtesy to tell us in advance. We were in the area for a wedding so we needed a place to stay overnight regardless.
