The first level of this home is great for entertaining everyone. Pull up chairs for a card game, challenge family to foosball, or show off your pool playing skills in the game room. Snacks are easy to store on this level with the kitchenette in the game room with a full-sized refrigerator, microwave, and sink. Keep your drinks cold and have freshly popped popcorn anytime. The TV in the game room is perfect for streaming a show, or listening to music during the games. If you want to binge a series or watch a movie, check out the large theater room. With a projection screen, a DVD player, and a large DVD collection, you will always find comfort in this room. Sink into the plush theater seats and relax. Two bedrooms are on this level. Every cook will want to test out the open kitchen with all stainless-steel appliances, ample counter space, and a long kitchen island. For a quick bite to each, sit at the kitchen island with seating for three, or the breakfast nook with a table for four. Come together for larger meals and sit at the dining room table that seats eight. Clean up is easy with the two dishwashers and an extra vegetable sink. The great room is perfect for having the family together. With oversized furniture and sliding doors to the outside deck and island views, you wonât want to leave. Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-refundable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home with a coverage limit of $3,000. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.
