The Property:
The main level includes the primary living room, dining room, kitchen, office, garage, both decks, and the first bedroom suite. The lower level includes the secondary living room, three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a kitchenette, the laundry room, and one of the best features, the patio with your private hot tub. The kitchen is very large, a chef's dream. It features two sinks, a professional grade gas cooktop, top quality cabinetry, and gorgeous granite counters. The main fridge is extra large and has filtered water and ice maker, plus you'll have a separate wine fridge and two large beverage drawers. The very large island adds to the already ample counter space and includes 4 comfy bar seats. The kitchen has direct access to the garage for easy loading and unloading of groceries and to the first of two decks, which includes a gas grill. The formal dining table adjoins the kitchen to the living room and seats 10 in comfort and style. In the main living room, luxurious leather furniture for 8 surrounds the wood burning fireplace and HDTV. Off the living room is the second and larger of the two decks and the separate, private office, complete with a built in granite desk for two.
The first and best of the 4 bedrooms is on the main level. It is a true bedroom suite, with a King size bed, vaulted ceilings, a large walk in closet, direct access to the deck, a wall mounted HDTV, and of course, a private bathroom. The bathroom is like a spa. It features a jacuzzi tub, a 6 headed shower, and mirror mounted faucets over dual stone vessel sinks. For such a luxurious space bathroom, a separate room for the toilet was the perfect finishing touch.
Downstairs, the second living room includes comfy seating focused around another large HDTV. (New furniture will be delivered prior to the 2021-2022 ski season.) A kitchenette area with a sink and full size fridge make grabbing some food or refreshments very easy & convenient. Outside, you have a very private covered patio area with the 6 person hot tub. There's no better way to relax after a day of skiing. Bedroom 2 has a King sized bed and direct outdoor access to a small covered patio. The bathroom for this bedroom is attached to the bedroom, and also opens to the lower living room area. Bedroom 3 has a Queen size bed plus a private ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 4 has a log frame Queen over Queen bunk bed, plus a private ensuite bathroom, making this room ideal for couples, singles, or kids alike.
Location:
Arrowhead Village at Beaver Creek is a fantastic place to be. This gated community is very safe, private, and beautiful. The Arrowhead ski area base offers a very quick way to access the ski slopes as well as a few dining options. It's only one half mile from the home to the ski lift, and though walking around this small community is a pleasure, skiers and snowboarders will rejoice in the easy fast complimentary "Dial A Ride" shuttle service that is available to and from the Arrowhead, Beaver Creek, or Bachelor Gulch ski lifts. Just pick up the phone, dial them up, and before you can get all your gear on, they'll be waiting right outside. The development is built in and around the Country Club of the Rockies, a private golf club that offers those staying in the community the opportunity to dine at it's Vista restaurant as well as snowshoeing & cross country skiing when conditions permit in the winter season. Also, the numerous shops and dining options in town of Edwards and the Riverwalk at Edwards are just a couple of miles down the road.
Arrival, Access, and Parking:
Once you book, we're here to support you. We offer professional concierge services, provide you with arrival instructions, and answers to any specific questions you might have. Arrival will include checking in through the main gate, a code for a secondary gate into the residential area, then pulling right up to the home. Accessing this property is easy. There are no stairs required to enter. from the driveway or garage. Parking is available onsite for up to 4 vehicles. Specifically, there are two spaces in the heated garage and another two spaces outside, immediately in front of the garage. If you will have more than 4 vehicles, ask us about the Arrowhead lot, which is about 1/2 mile away, within the gated community. Sorry, but trailers are not allowed.

** Air Conditioning - Most mountain resort properties were not built with air conditioning. During most hours of the day and weeks of the year, AC is not needed. Summer nights are cool and fans are provided at most properties. Check the average high and low temperatures and weather forecast for your dates of travel, and look at the list of amenities to see if AC or fans are part of the rental property and look for ceiling fans in photos.
** Group Sizes, High Occupancy Fees, & Maximum Occupancy - Some properties use a “High Occupancy Fee” to “raise the rate” for larger groups, and are thus able to list a lower nightly rate for smaller groups. Each rental agreement and associated rates are for a specific group size. Guests must enter the correct and maximum group size at the time of booking. The agreement requires a guest to confirm the group size and subsequently, to disclose any changes to the planned group size, which may result in an increase, or decrease, to the total cost, and may result in a security deposit becoming required.
** Video & Noise Monitoring - Please note that noise monitoring devices, and security cameras, do exist on the exterior of the property. Cameras are positioned to cover all entrances and exits of the home. Cameras are present to ensure the property remains secure and safe, as well as to ensure that guests are honest and upfront about their planned use of the property. If you plan to bring more people than you've indicated, more dogs than indicated, to host a party or event, or do not intend to respect neighbors or the value and quality of the property, then this is not the place for you, and you should not book the property. For normal, respectful groups, we are sorry that these statements and measures are necessary. Security cameras and noise monitoring devices are an example and demonstration that the property's owners are taking steps to ensure the home remains available for rental, and in good condition, for your benefit. ** Cleaning Fees & Lengthy Rental Periods - The standard cleaning fee quoted as part of any booking is for the final cleaning, which is to be performed after the rental period has ended.
