exceeded expectations
when you first drive up to the property, you may think this place is small. But when you get into the unit you realize it's HUGE! More than adequate for our party of 9. We had everything we needed and more.

Great location to the ski resort
Clean, comfortable, well stocked kitchen for our family of 5. Short walk to pool and hot tubs (which at times got quite crowded!) Short walk to the free shuttles for ski hills (3 options- to base of BC, top of BC and Vail). Big dining sitting area to gather in the evenings. Each bedroom had its own full bath!! Pictures aren't quite accurate of furniture and bedding, but you get the layout of each room. Wish we would have had a grill. It is 2 flights of steps up to condo - no problem for our family, but that could be an issue for some with skis, cooler, etc. Beautiful walk along the Eagle River also!!!! So much more than just skiing in the area!

Beaver Creek/Vail Ski Trip
The host was awesome from first contact onwards. The property was perfect for our ski group and very well equipped. Parking for our vehicles was absolutely no problem at all. With the property run shuttles, both Beaver Creek and Vail couldn’t be easier to get too! Access to the hot tubs, pool, and sauna made for a relaxing end to each great ski day. We would stay here again without a second thought!

Very spacious apartment
Our stay was very short but it was great. The apartment was actually much nicer and much more spacious than we imagined. The apt in the photos looked smaller. The apartment also had everything we needed. Kitchen was very complete! Jessica was also great! Always available. We highly recommend the apt and would definitely consider staying there again.

Great for multi-family stay!
We were a group of parent/kid pairs in town for a soccer tournament, and this was so perfect for us! Each bedroom had its own private bathroom which we greatly appreciated. (One king bed, the rest are queens - we were trying to guess from the pics since it wasn’t specified in the listing.) Well stocked kitchen, and the property’s right next to a pond and trail. Host was very responsive and helpful.

Perfect for skiing!
This condo was wonderful! Everything was just as described online and communication with the property manager was excellent. The location is convenient to ski both Beaver Creek and Vail. The amenities at the condo are a great bonus!

Good location
Good location with easy access on the shuttle to Beaver Creek for a friends ski weekend. The condo had more than enough space for five of us. Unfortunately it was not nearly as clean as we would have liked in a rental (crumbs on the couch when we arrived, someone’s used contacts and dental rubber bands on the bathroom counter, 1/2” of dust on the ceiling fans, etc). As others have mentioned there are are a number of easy improvements that the owner could make (lightbulbs out in nearly every room, shower head is broken and sprays into the hall) but for some reason hasn’t even after they’ve been pointed out. With a little bit of TLC this would be a great rental but I’ll be looking elsewhere for my next visit.

Wonderful Time but a couple of items
Terrific experience. This VRBO is a good space with a nice location in Avon. The unit offers numerous positives, so I will only list the few issues that were a concern to our Group. The location is good, but renters should be aware the unit is on the third story of a non-elevator building. I wish we would have known in advance, although honestly we probably would still have selected this unit. My ONLY other issue with this rental was the bedding through out the unit. The Mattresses are incredibly soft, the sheets appeared to be synthetic (not Cotton) and the pillows are flat. This is a big deal for me and would not return without this being updated. After our departure, I recached out to Jess (the owner) and told her about our concerns, She appreciated the feed back and said that she would update the bedding. Assuming this is done, I would definitely stay there again. Hopefully, Jess will let me know when the bedding is updated so I can rebook the unit. The only other comment would be that the TV in the main living space is small, which was not a big issue, but the space should probably have a 50" tp 60" TV. These are relatively small issues. A solid rental.

Excellent in many ways, but needs some loving care
Excellent location, great property amenities, wonderfully responsive owner. We stayed in this unit for several years in the 2010s. The issues amounted to a bunch of little annoyances that collectively diminished our enjoyment. These included unpleasant and ineffective lighting in the living room (a couple of large floor lamps would be great, as would more dimmer switches that are of uniform design), unpleasant and insufficient lighting in the bedrooms (the table lamps need brighter bulbs), kitchen cabinets that need repair (although replacement would be best), a cool kitchen sink with an uncool faucet that doesn't have a sprayer, frying pans that are not non-stick, ceiling fans that don't work, several light bulbs and/or lamps in the loft that don't work, bad and leaky shower head in the master suite, bad bathroom faucet fixture in the master suite, and several other things. These minor annoyances would be trivial individually, but taken together they led to a general feeling of frustration.. We've never experienced this level disrepair and lack of function in this unit.

Great Ski Location
Great location for skiing with shuttle to Vail and Beaver Creek. We really enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub after skiing. Condo had plenty of room for two families. Overall condo is nice but could use some minor maintenance and upgrades. Jess was very responsive and great to work with.

Skiing at Vail
Friends and Family skied at Vail for 4 days, only a short drive to the slopes. Setup was perfect for our group. Each room had a bathroom which was really convenient. The community hot tub and sauna was perfect in the evening after hard day skiing. Parking right next to lodge. The host was quick to respond to any questions. Our group looks forward to coming back.

This condo is perfect for family/friends. It’s a quick shuttle or drive up to Beaver Creek or a short 20 min drive to vail (I think the shuttle goes there too). It was easy to checkin and check out and nice owners/property managers.

Unit 25 BCW. review
The unit was generally in good shape and as advertised. there were a few minor items that we found. The middle bedroom windows were not fully closed and latched when we arrived and cold air was blowing in. I was able to get them closed and latched. The small bed in the bedroom closest to the kitchen had a loose headboard, we didn't use that room so it didn't affect our stay. We loved the location, we've stayed in BCW on previous trips and will be back, at a different unit, next week. the shuttle service is great and Jess was easy to contact.

Perfect condo for large group
Host was amazing! We loved the layout of the condo. Everyone had their own space that was very separate from the common area (kitchen/living room). There is a bus to the Gondola, but we found it easy to just walk.

Spacious and well supplied, in a perfect location
Condo was a great home base for us. It was spacious and well supplied with everything we needed and in a perfect location to walk to Nottingham Park and to nearby hotels and restaurants. Building has a nice pool area. It should be mentioned in the listing that it is a 3rd floor walk-up, with a lot of stairs and no elevator. Many closets are locked by the owners, so pack accordingly. Very good communication with the owner, she answers queries almost immediately.

Awesome Trip
Accommodations were perfect for our group of friends. Bed were comfortable, and there was ample space for everyone to relax and eat together after a long day on the slopes. Plenty of firewood was provided and the kitchen had everything we needed. We definitely recommend this place as a great vacation destination.

Beavercreek Ski Trip
Beavercreek West Condo unit is a perfect location for skiing. The private shuttle service is super convenient & the staff was helpful with "inside tips" of the area. Our condo unit was older and needed some updates, but it definitely accommodated our large family. A couple of suggestions to make our stay more comfortable... The TV in one of the guest bedroom did not work. The supplied towels were small & not enough for each bathroom. Need larger towels to take to the pool/hot tub area. The den needs more lights, which was the area we spent the most time. Overall we enjoyed our stay and made great memories for our family.

Thank you for your feedback. We are installing new lightening during in the spring. As for the towels we have a closet on the second floor filled with extra towels of all sizes. I will look into why the bedroom tv wasn’t connected to the cable. It often is an input thing. Your feedback is helpful. Be well☃️
