The Space:
Indulge in stunning lake views from both levels of this recently renovated family home. A quick, flat 5-minute stroll takes you to shops, the beach, park, and the lake, ensuring that leaving Surf Lodge Avoca Beach after your getaway will be the last thing on your mind.

Upstairs, the open-plan kitchen, living, and dining area sets the stage for family entertainment, connecting seamlessly to a spacious deck equipped with a 10-person dining table and a cozy lounging area. The kitchen is a culinary haven, featuring brand new appliances, including a Nespresso Coffee pod machine, a Soda Stream, an induction cooktop, and an oven.

On the upper level, you'll find a newly renovated three-way bathroom and an ensuite to the master bedroom. The three large bedrooms include a King bedroom at the front, a Queen bedroom at the front of the house, and another King bedroom in the master with an ensuite. Additionally, there's a separate workspace with two desks in a media room off the kitchen dining area.

Downstairs offers a spacious bunk room for four children, an inviting lounge room with a large TV, fridge, and wine fridge, as well as a laundry with a washer/dryer and another full bathroom.

Step outdoors to a generous entertaining area on the tiled patio leading to gardens extending down to the jetty.

Whilst you can get around Avoca on foot easily from the house, it's preferable to have a car to explore the surrounding areas.

Other Things to Note:
There is a spa on the property but it is not operational at the moment.

Interaction with Guests:
This is non-hosted accommodation, so you will not see anyone during your stay. However, if you do need help we are only a phone call away. No one else is sharing the property with you.
