Welcome to your home away from home! Just so we are all on the same page, we ask you read the house rules before finalizing your booking. We want to make sure everything runs as smoothly as the waves on the beach!

1. Who's Joining the Party?
The "Rental Party" includes you, the "Renter," and all the fabulous folks you're bringing along.

Max overnight occupancy is disclosed in the listing.

Now, here's the deal: If we catch you breaking the headcount rules, it's like a game of hide and seek – we'll find you, but we'd rather not! And if we do, it means you've breached our rental agreement. Sadly, that would lead to an unexpected eviction party (not the fun kind), and we won't be able to refund any unused nights. So let's stick to the guest list – your stress-free vacation starts here!

2. Payment and Authorization
Airbnb handles all the payments.

3. Keeping It Safe and Sound
We trust you not to harm our lovely space.

Our homes are equipped with exterior security cameras and NoiseAware devices. Security cameras are positioned at exterior entry doors. NoiseAware is an amazingly smart sensor that detects excessive noise, and gently caution the Renter to take down the noise a notch.

We find damage after you departure, we’ll share the details through the Airbnb portal.

4. Check-In and Check-Out
Arriving? Check-in time: 3:00 p.m.
Saying goodbye? Check-out time: 11:00 a.m.

We can't guarantee early check-in or late check-out, but we'll do our best to accommodate if possible.

If your rental is ready early, a text message is sent 24 hours prior. You don’t hear from us

5. Be Here or Be Square
No refunds for nights you don't use, so be sure to enjoy every moment.

6. Keep It Fresh and Breezy
Smoking and vaping indoors, patios, rooftops? Nope, not here!

Smoking and vaping the Renter is responsible for any smoke-related damage.

The beach cruisers are on a first-come, first-served basis.

Keep the good times rolling within a 5-mile radius from [Unit name for marketing]—just enough to explore the coastal wonders. We recommend cycling to the Bob Jones trail, with the bike path entrance located near the Avila Beach Golf Resort.

LOCK AND ROLL
When your bicycles are at rest, please remember to bring them back to the storage space. Ensure that the storage area is securely closed and locked.

HELMET HEROES
Safety chic is the way to go! Don the helmets provided—we want you to enjoy the breeze with peace of mind.

OWNERSHIP OF ADVENTURE
We're all about carefree pedaling, but here's the scoop: Las Casitas Avila or the property owner isn't your biking guardian. In case of any spills, we're not responsible for physical injuries during your cycling escapades.

BIKE TROUBLE? ROLL WITH IT!
The bikes are on the house—literally! If they decide to take a beach break and become non-operational, no inconvenience credit is on the horizon. The joy of biking is yours at no extra cost.

If you break the bike cruiser, channel your inner superhero, embrace the oops, and take ownership like a champ! Give our friendly guest service team at Las Casitas Avila a heads-up.

ENJOY THE RIDE RESPONSIBLY
Ride with care, beach explorers! The bicycles are ready to add joy to your adventure. When possible, utilize designated bike lanes and stay vigilant to both approaching vehicles and adhere to traffic laws.

Please note that our beach cruisers are designed for adult-sized riders. Unfortunately, for the safety of our little ones, the bike cruisers are not to be used by children under age 12.

Really neat smallish getaway super close to beautiful Avila Beach. The owner was very responsive and got right back to us to answer questions. It's a little tight for two people, but fine if you're spending all day at the beach like we did. My only suggestion would be to add an old school coffee pot and a toaster, but minor quibbles.

The place is close to the beach and the bedroom is ok. Unfortunately, the kitchen is very very small with a minute table and unsafe chairs. The parking place is on gravel, difficult to park a 2 wheel vehicle. Appliances are old and the kitchen has few utensils. We enjoyed the beach but we are not staying in this unit ever again.

The location of the home was top tier! Only a short 2 minute walk to the beach and main shops on Avila. The amenities were great with beach chairs, towels, and a coffee machine. The bed was extremely comfortable. Would stay again!

We loved it! Would stay again! Perfect location to be downtown and walking distance to wine cellars, dining, and even a small grocery store! Almost all places are dog friendly and our dog Luna loved being able to vacation with us! Host was responsive when we didn’t receive our check in code, very nice! Hope to stay again soon!

Kyle was extremely accommodating and prompt with communication. The location and proximity to shops and the beach was awesome and parking was so convenient.
