« Looks very nice from outside but was not cleaned for ages. We checked in late, 8:30 pm. Everything was closed, no key then someone came to give us a key but no explanation. No wifi at all! Nowhere. Not inside the cottage, not at reception. Nowhere »

« A woman who spoke no English tried to prevent me from collecting my key. There were no glasses in the room. Otherwise it was very comfortable. »

« Bathroom was clean and new but mould everywhere - No ceiling fan. Room was clean-ish but needing extra attention to dusting surfaces that are higher than waist high. Carpet needing a good clean and bed cover need washing. The pool was green and awful - very disappointing considering we were there on a 46 degree day. »

« It was a cold and windy day. We got there late and couldn’t figure out the heat but contacted the staff an do he helped us out quickly. There were two big kangaroo in the yard in the morning. It was fun to watch them. It was nice to be able to use the laundry. We had a great stay but for the weather. »

« First I was given a dirty room. Then the code did not work to the next room I was given. There is no ventilation so prepare to be hot, the window opened however I had to use an empty can to keep it open. The communal bathrooms are in poor shape and the shower has a drip that persists. »

« Photos on the both hotels.com and the property's websites totally misleading. This property is not in good condition at all, back stairs from the carpark to the room did not feel safe. "Beer garden" was not maintained and uninviting. Room was clean including the bathroom, fridge and aircon good. Location is good, worried about the security for our car. Common areas tired and grubby. »
