Never saw a cleaning person. Room wasn't touched. Reported Sunday morning that toilet was not flushing correctly. Told the front desk that we would be gone, so no big hurry, but we would like it repaired by evening. It was never touched. TV remote didn't work, which we also reported. Grass around the outside was about 1 ft. tall. There was a group there for the weekend and seemed to get the best service. Coffee was like water and one of the women suggested we get coffee from the conference room and it was fine. We didn't even have napkins with our light breakfast. My husband spotted a stack of them by the HOT FOOD for "the group" and the guy at the desk told him the napkins were for the group !! He took 2 anyway. Won't stay there again.

I was in charge of a 15 person group. We rented eight rooms. One room had bedbugs in the bed. Another room had urine on the toilet seat. Four of the rooms were very dirty, including bloody burgers on the wall. Four of the rooms were so dirty those people left for another hotel room. I need to be a reimbursed for four of the rooms. Those people could not stand how dirty the rooms were so they left find another hotel.

my room was clean. however only a third of roll of tp on holder. and no spare roll! thin towels and washcloths only one tiny bar of soap. fortunately I brought my own soap the shower head was great appreciated quiet environment surprised no handicap parking broken drawer on nightstand

I hadn't stayed here before, but it was in an excellent spot for a halfway stop on my trip. Unfortunately I will not be going back. I stayed two separate nights (one on the way out, one on the way back) and both times weren't great. The wifi was out both times, one of my rooms had a couch that looked like it came out of a dumpster, neither room came with tissues (and during the allergy season of course), all the drawer handles were sticky for some reason, the mini fridge kept gurgling the whole night, and the lamp bases looked like they were getting rust spots (and were also sticky to the touch). The free breakfast options were waffles or cereal, but no bowls and no milk (breakfast was from 6-9 and I got there at 7). Ended up buying breakfast at the Wendy's down the street. I will not be staying here again.

I liked the location. I did not like having to walk so far, outside the building, in the dark, the room stunk, the bedding was stained & the bathroom light was blown out.

Had to wait 40 minutes to get into tbe room plus there were 10 other guests waiting. There was a smell in the room, outlets did not work on any of the lamps, 1/2 roll of toilet tissue was in the bathroom, no kleenex/ facial tissue, no extra blankets, hair dryer did not work, that outlet kept blowing. Breakfast - no juices in working order, gallon of milk just sitting on the counter, not in a fridge or on ice? Loved the black.out curtains. Is that enough?

The place smelled really bad. The room I was assigned was so dirty, I walked in and walked right back out. I’m pretty sure it was blood on the wall and recliner. I would rather sleep in my car. Never seen a palace like this before. Never again

Horrible experience. They make the absolute worst coffee Ants invaded my first room and coffee maker didnt work. No electricity on one whole side and the ac didnt work in the 2nd one. Last and final one had a used condom left behind. I was done at that point….. oh and the wifi was down. While workers were polite. They did not try to rectify the situation

We paid $20.00 for my dog and they put us on the top floor and on the opposite of where grass was located. You would think with a dog they would put you right by grass and on the first floor. Also, wash machine and dryer were broken. Their breakfast only had waffles and two kinds of cold cereal. No creamer for coffee and no napkins.

Room was filthy, and they tried to charge us extra money (cash) when we arrived. Very poor front desk service and was accused of being in the room and messing it up when I told them how filthy the room was, Moments After receiving the keys to our room.

We cancelled this reservation. The front desk clerk was there, however, for some reason, we had to stand and wait for 5-10 minutes before we could check in. The elevator was broken. Once we got to the room it was nasty. It stunk, the mattress stunk, handles on the dressers were broken or missing. Vent grates were broken. It wasn't very clean. We turned around and left!

When we arrived the TV didn't work. There was no smoke alarm. The heater didn't work. The shower had fell off the wall. The outlets on the lamps didn't work. There weren't any outlets by the bed so we had to use the power strip the lamps were plugged into. My boyfriend went to plug in a charger in a power strip behind the bed and got stuck with a dirty needle under the bed. I had to take him to the emergency room and now his blood needs to be tested every month.
