Austin is an easy city to get around without a car in this location! Walk, rent a scooter or bike, easy access to Uber/Lyft. Austin offers plenty of transportation options. Ridesharing, micro-mobility, and mass transit are available everywhere. The airport is just 15 minutes away.

We also provide guests with a full list of recommendations and services. This information can be found in the House Manual upon check-in.

Other Things to Note:
Please pay close attention to following the house rules. Non compliance could result in sizable fines.
- All guests staying at one of our Portoro Homes are required to sign (esignature) a rental agreement and complete identity registration.
- Age restrictions apply. Reservation holder must be 25 years of age.
- All guests must be included on the guest list and not exceed the maximum number stated on the listing.
- Upon arrival, we aim to ensure your safety, proper access to the home, and guest features. ALL guests are required to read the house manual upon arrival. Should you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to Portoro.
- Known damages incurred during your stay must be reported to the property manager immediately.
- Before check in, we will send you detailed directions to ensure a seamless arrival.
- Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
- We cannot guarantee early check ins or late checkouts. When it is possible to check in early or check out late, there will be a fee for anything outside of a one hour window within our standard times. If your need for an early check in or late check out is great, your best option is to book an additional night.
- Some homes offer pools/hot tubs. There is no guard around the water features when available. Use at your own risk.
- Some homes have cameras for external monitoring only.
- Stays over 29 days – please inquire separately for terms and conditions.
- HOTEL TAX COLLECTION: Both the City of Austin and the State of Texas requires all hotel and vacation rental hosts to collect hotel tax. We collect these two taxes within the booking transaction. The state requires 6% and the city requires 11%.
- YOU ARE HELPING: A portion of the city hotel tax helps support Austin's musicians and related businesses.
- This home is pet-friendly. Please note, only dogs allowed and 50lb weight limit, up to 2 dogs per stay. $150.00 fee applies, per stay, per pet.

Interaction with Guests:
Portoro Homes communicates via email and phone. After a booking is confirmed, rental agreement will be emailed to the guest for e-signature. Check-in instructions are sent by email and text message 48 hours prior to arrival date (keyless entry). We offer convenient keyless entry for self-check with no need to stop in at a local office. We do typically check in with guests by email/text 1-2 times during their stays to ensure a 5-star experience and remain available for any questions/inquiries. We are available to guests 24/7.

We follow the CDC and Airbnb Recommended Cleaning Guidelines. You can rest assured this property has been completely sanitized prior to check-in.

Very nice as expected. No surprises. Quiet. Convenient to my appointments in the nearby business area. Was able to walk there instead of engaging rideshare. Proprty guide did not list businesses nearer to the property that were walkable but only on the other side of Mopar which required a car. But not difficult to investigate myself.

This location is equipped perfectly with a full kitchen and spacious modern clean bathroom. The living room has a large smart tv. It has both and elevator and stairs for easy access. The views are of fine landscaping with large mature oak trees. It is very quiet yet located close to shopping and downtown. The interior finishes and appliances are very high quality. Hands down the best rental we have stayed in.

We travel a lot and this is by far one of our most favorite stays purely by the quality of the space. Everything was comfy and there was a lot of attention to detail. We do wish there was more standard high speed WiFi - it is the login on the internet style. The kitchen has high quality caraway pots and pans and the Tupperware was high quality too. The knives are the only thing that could be added to. We enjoyed multiple daily walks in the neighborhood and felt extremely safe. It was quick to get to all of our favorite parts of town, too. Would 10000% stay again. Thank you for a beautiful space.

We really enjoyed our stay at this gem of a place. The location is great, in a nice area and close to absolutely everything. The place itself is so clean and inviting. They have everything you need. Will definitely stay again when we come to Austin.

Everything is just like new and high quality. Lots of cabinets and very adequate size for one or two people. Only negative is walking across gravel and steps to get to the door. Also, I didn’t get instructions for the elevator for an hour after checking in
and even then it didn’t work.
